Claims (19)

  1. 고안에 내성인 연속 필라멘트 유리섬유로된 코아 및 코아를 둘러싸서 덮고 있는 저온에 내성인 스테이플 섬유로 된 시드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 내화성 직물 및 코팅한 직물용의 가벼운 서브스트레이트를 제조하는데 사용하기 위한 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온에 내성인 연속 필라멘트 유리섬유로 된 코아가 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 20% 내지 40%를 차지하고, 상기 저온에 내성인 스테이플섬유로 된 시드가 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 80% 내지 60%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코아스판야안 전체 크기가 면 계수 약 43/1 내지 3.5/1 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 시드가 면섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 면 섬유가 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 60%를 차지하고, 상기 유리섬유 코아가 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 40%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 면 섬유로된 시드가 코아스판야안 전체 무게에 약 80%를 차지하고, 상기 유리섬유코아가 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 20%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  7. 제2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 저온에 내성인 섬유로된 시드가 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  8. 제2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 저온에 내성인 섬유로된 상기 시드는 모, 면, 폴리에스테르, 모드아크릴, 나일론, 레이온, 아세테이트, 및 이들 섬유의 혼방중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 60%를 차지하고, 상기 유리섬유 코아는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 40%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 80%를 차지하고, 상기 유리섬유 코아는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 20%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이브리니스를 갖지 않는 내화성 코아스판야안.
  11. 제2항에 따른 라이브리니스를 갖지 않고 꼬지 않은 코아스판야안으로 제조한 짜임새가 가는 내화성 화염벽을 가진 가벼운 직물로된 서브스트레이트, 및 상기 직물의 한 면에 붙어 실제로 완전히 덮고 있는 코팅으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 내화성 실내장식용 직물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코팅한 직물을 화염에 연소하면 직물의 서브스트레이트를 형성하는 야안의 코팅 및 시드는 타서 까맣게 숯이 되어 코팅한 직물을 통한 화염의 침투에 대해 파열되지 않는 내화성 벽을 제공하기 위하여 상기 코팅은 20 내지 50밀 두께의 열가소성 할로겐화 폴리 비닐중합체 조성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 내화성 실내장식용 직물.
  13. 제11항 내지 12항에 있어서, 상기 직물의 서브 스트레이트는 뜬 직물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 5 내지 10밀의 가소화된 PVC로 이루어진 상층 및 약 15내지 40밀의 품화된 PVC로 이루어진 중간층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 저온에 내성인 섬유로 된 상기 시드는 폴리에스테르 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르섬유는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 60%를 차지하고, 상기 유리섬유코아는 코아스판야안의 전체 무게의 약 40%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 저온에 내성인 섬유로 된 상기 시드는 면 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 면 섬유는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 60%를 차지하고, 유리섬유코아는 코아스판야안 전체 무게의 약 40%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
  19. 제11항에 있어서, 저온에 내성인 섬유로 된 상기 시드는 모, 면, 폴리에스테르, 모드아크릴, 나일론, 레이온, 아세테이트 및 이들 섬유의 혼방 중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코팅한 직물.
