Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃纱线及其制备的多功能复合纱线,阻燃纱线至少包括含有二氧化硅的粘胶纤维、尼龙纤维、醋酸纤维;复合纱线以阻燃纱线为芯,纤维素纤维为皮套。此方法制成的阻燃纱线韧性好,绝热效果佳;制成的复合纱线经纺织成面料后具有仿牛仔布效果,同时提供供适当的保护以防止热传递和抵抗电弧。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种阻燃纱线及其制备的多功能复合纱线。
背景技术
纺织产生于新石器时代,由于技术的落后,那时候人们对面料的要求仅仅为保暖遮体。18世纪中期,纺织机械的发明,使得纺织行业得到了空前的发展,单一功能的面料已经远远满足不了工业时代人民的消费需求。各种功能性的面料应运而生,如防水、防辐射、阻燃抗电弧等面料。面料的功能实现有很多种方式,直接从纺织原料中获得特征是最常用最直接的手段。在用多种功能性纤维制成功能性面料过程中,面料在除了获得这些功能的叠加,另外还获得了这些功能以外的新特征,这为面料提供了其他应用场景。另外各种功能纤维复合,也要考虑规避这些单纤维的缺点、到成本以及工艺的可行性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阻燃纱线,同时提供了由此纱线制备的多功能复合纱线。本发明采用价格较低的纤维素复合纱,并且工艺流程简单可操作,另外发明人发现通过本发明制备的复合纱线通过常用的织造方法能生产具有仿牛仔效果的面料,并且易靛蓝染色。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种阻燃纱线,至少包括含有二氧化硅的粘胶纤维、尼龙纤维、醋酸纤维,二氧化硅占所述粘胶纤维的重量比为55%-80%。
优选的,粘胶纤维粘胶纤维是粘胶的短纤维,线性质量密度为1.5-3.5D,主要部分的长度在35mm和120mm之间。
优选的,醋酸纤维是短纤维,具有线性质量密度1.0-3.0D,主要部分的长度在35mm和120mm之间。
优选的,粘胶纤维,尼龙纤维,醋酸纤维的重量比为10-50%:20-50%:1-40%。
优选的,所述纤维还包括芳香族聚氨酯纤维,占纱线重量比小于20%。
优选的,这种阻燃纱线,采用混纺工艺制成,纱线支数在20-250dex。
本发明还提供了一种复合纱线,包括:芯和围绕芯的护套芯由上述阻燃纱线,护套芯纺纤维素纤维。
优选的,纤维素纤维为棉花纤维,或粘胶纤维。
优选的,棉花纤维为未经处理的100%全棉。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、二氧化硅粘胶纤维和醋酸纤维协同作用,增强了纱线的阻燃性能;纱线在时间延迟中,不会发生燃烧,融化或者滴落,明火下3秒不会出现孔洞。
2、阻燃纱线组成纤维大多数是短纤纱,结构蓬松,外观饱满,纱内空隙含空气量大,具有良好的绝热性能和舒适感。
3、尼龙可用于增加纱线强度,耐磨性,而不影响纱线的阻燃性能。
4、芳香族聚氨酯纤维具有抗静电的效果,添加之后有更好的服用性能,防止闪点。
5、经过斜纹织造出的面料具有仿牛仔布的效果,并且复合纱线容易靛蓝染色,同时提供适当的保护以防止热传递和抵抗电弧。不需要经过复杂的工艺,就可以制成类牛仔的防火隔热的防护服。
6、复合纱线的韧性和防火性能优,不光可以用于衣服,还可以作为其他家用品纺织防火屏障,如家具、床垫等。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1:
一种阻燃纱线,原料纤维的准备:

将以上纤维,用纺纱机混纺,纱线支数在20-50dex。
一种复合纱线:
用实施例1中制得的纱线做为芯,100%全棉的未处理的棉花纤维作为护套,用环锭纺纱机将其加捻,蒸纱定捻,络筒成复合纱线。
此复合纱线经过斜纹织造出的面料弹性好,韧性大,具有仿牛仔布的效果,可以制成仿牛仔布料的隔热阻燃防护服。
实施例2:
一种阻燃纱线,原料纤维的准备:
将以上纤维,用纺纱机混纺,纱线支数在200-250dex。
一种复合纱线:
用实施例2中制得的纱线做为芯,100%全棉的未处理的棉花纤维作为护套,用环锭纺纱机将其加捻,蒸纱定捻,络筒成复合纱线。
此复合纱线可用于织造耐火内衣,亲肤性能好,适合高温工作的人员服用,如消防员和勘探人员。

Claims (9)

1.一种阻燃纱线,包括:至少三种类型纤维,其特征在于,至少包括含有二氧化硅的粘胶纤维、尼龙纤维、醋酸纤维;所述二氧化硅占所述粘胶纤维的重量比为55%-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,其特征在于,所述粘胶纤维粘胶纤维是粘胶的短纤维,线性质量密度为1.5-3.5D,主要部分的长度在35mm和120mm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,其特征在于,所述醋酸纤维是短纤维,具有线性质量密度1.0-3.0D,主要部分的长度在35mm和120mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,所述粘胶纤维,尼龙纤维,醋酸纤维的重量比为10-50%:20-50%:1-40%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纱线,其特征在于,所述纤维还包括芳香族聚氨酯纤维,占纱线重量比小于20%。
6.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的纱线,其特征在于,所述采用混纺工艺制成,纱线支数在20-250dex。
7.一种复合纱线,包括:芯和围绕芯的护套,其特征在于,所述芯由根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的阻燃纱线,所述护套为纺纤维素纤维。
8.根据权利要求8所述的复合纱线,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维为棉花纤维,或粘胶纤维。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合纱线,其特征在于,所述棉花纤维为未经处理的100%全棉。
