Claims (34)
- 폴리머라제 Ⅲ에 의한 전사에 필요한 전사단위 및 RNA-억제RNA를 암호화하는 DNA를 함유하며, 억제제 RNA가 폴리머라제 Ⅲ전사산물의 일부가 되도록 유전단위 내부가 배열됨을 특징으로 하는, 임의로 복수카피(multiple copies)를 유발시킬 수 있는 유전단위.
- 제1항에 있어서, 억제 RNA가 리보자임인 유전단위.
- 제2항에 있어서, 리보자임이 햄머헤드(hammerhead) 형태인 유전단위.
- 제1항에 있어서, 억제 RNA가 안티센스 RNA인 유전단위.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, tDNA 유전자의 전사단위를 함유하는 유전단위.
- 제5항에 있어서, 개시 -met-tDNA의 전사단위를 함유하는 유전단위.
