Claims (9)

  1. (a) 분자 중에 (ⅰ) 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기 및 (ⅱ) 에폭시기를 갖는 불소계 수지, 또는 (b) 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기를 갖는 성분(Ⅰ) 및 에폭시기를 갖는 성분 (Ⅱ)의 혼합물(성분 (Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)중 적어도 하나는 불소계 수지이다)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 불소계 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 a) 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기 및 에폭시기를 갖는 불소계 수지, b) 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기를 갖는 불소계 수지와 에폭시기를 갖는 불소계 수지와의 혼합물, c) 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기를 갖는 불소계 수지와 에폭시기를 갖는 불소-미함유 수지 또는 화합물과의 혼합물, 또는 d) 에폭시기를 갖는 불소계 수지와 규소원자에 직접 결합된 가수분해성기 및/또는 실란올기를 갖는 불소-미함유 수지 또는 화합물과의 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 (1) 작용기를 갖는 불소계 수지(A), 에폭시기 및 화합물(A)의 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기를 갖는 화합물(B), 및 실란기 및 화합물(A)의 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기를 갖는 화합물(C)를 반응시켜 제조한 반응 생성물(D) ; (2) 작용기를 갖는 수지(E)와 수지(E)의 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기 및 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물(B)의 반응생성물인 생성물(F), 및 작용기를 갖는 수지(G)와 수지(G)의 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기 및 실란기를 갖는 화합물(C)의 반응 생성물인 생성물(H)의 혼합물(I) (생성물(F) 및/또는 생성물(H)는 불소계 수지이다); (3) 단량체 성분으로서 에폭시-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체 (J), 실란-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체 (K), 불소-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체(V), 실란-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체(K) 및 불소-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체(b) 및 필요하다면 기타 중합성 불포화 단량체(M)을 함유한 공중 합체(L); (4) 단량체(J)의 단일 중합체 또는 단량체(J)와 기타 중합성 불포화 단량체(M)의 공중합체인 중합체(N), 및 단량체(K)의 단일 중합체 또는 단량체(K)와 중합성 불포화 단량체(M)의 공중합체인 중합체(P)의 혼합물 (중합체 (N) 및/또는 중합체(P)는 불소계 중합체이다); (5) 단량체 성분으로 작용기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 단량체(Q), 에폭시-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체(J) 및 불소-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체 (b)를 함유하는 공중합체(R)와, 단량체(Q)로부터 유도된 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기 및 실란기를 갖는 화합물(S)의 반응생성물(T); (6) 단량체 성분으로 작용기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 단량체(b)을 함유하는 공중합체(V)와, 단량체(U)로부터 유도된 작용기와 상보 반응성인 작용기 및 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물(W)의 반응 생성물(X); (7) 중합체(N) 및 반응 생성물(H)의 혼합물(Y) (중합체 (N) 및/또는 반응 생성물(H)는 불소를 함유한다); (8) 중합체(P) 및 반응 생성물(F)의 혼합물(Z) (중합체 (P) 및/또는 반응 생성물(F)는 불소를 함유한다); (9) 실란-함유 불소계 수지 및 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물의 혼합물; 또는 (10) 에폭시-함유 불소계 수지 및 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 실란기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 불소계 수지의 단량체 성분으로 비휘발성 함량을 기준으로 약 1~약70중량%의 불소-함유 중합성 불포화 단량체(b)를 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 단량체(b)가 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ) 표시되거나 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 것인 조성물.
    [상기 식중, X기들은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며 각각은 H, Cl, Br, F, 알킬기 또는 할로알킬기를 나타내며, (단, 분자중에 불소원자가 하나이상 존재한다) Z는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, R2은 플루오로알킬기이며, n은 1~10의 정수이다.]
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불소계 수지가 약 1,000~약 200,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  7. 제1~6항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 수지 조성물 및 금속 킬레이트 화합물을 경화성 조성물.
  8. 필수 성분으로서 제1항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 조성물을 함유하는 도료 조성물.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 금속 킬레이트 화합물이 알루미늄 킬레이트 화합물, 티타늄 킬레이트 화합물 및 지르코늄 킬레이트 화합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 하나이상의 화합물인 조성물.
