Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그들의 산-부가염;
    상기식에서, R1및 R2은 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시, 저급-알킬, 저급-알콕시, 니트로 또는 할로이고, R3및 R4는 독립적으로 수소, 저급-알킬 또는 히드록시 저급-알킬이거나 R3및 R4는 함께 4-6개 탄소의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌을 형성하고, A는 n이 2-8의 정수인 CH2CH(OH)CH2또는 (CH2)n이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, A가 (CH2)n이고 n이 2 또는 3인 화합물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 모두 저급-알킬인 화합물.
  4. 제 3 항에 따르는 N-[3-(디메틸아미노)프로필]-4,5-디페닐-1H-이미다졸 -1-아세트아미드
  5. 제 3 항에 따르는 N-[3-(디메틸아미노)프로필]-4,5-디페닐-1H-이미다졸 -1-아세트아미드.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, R3가 수소이고, R4가 저급-알킬인 화합물.
  7. 제 6 항에 따르는 N-[3-[(1,1-디메틸에틸)아미노)프로필]-4,5-디페닐-1H-이미다졸-1-아세트아미드.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ);
    (여기서, R1및 R2는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R5는 저급-알킬 수소임)의 화합물을 a.일반식(Ⅲ)
    (여기서, R3및 R4는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와같음)의 화합물과 반응시켜서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 상응하는 화합물을 제조하거나, b.일반식(Ⅳ);
    (여기서, R1은 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같음)의 화합물과 반응시켜서 일반식(Ⅴ);
    (여기서 R1및 R2는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같음)의 상응하는 화합물을 제조하고, 얻어진 상기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 알코올성 관능기를 친핵성 공격에 적합한 기로전환시킬 수 있는 시약과 반응시켜서 일반식(Ⅵ);
    (여기서, R1및 R2는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와같고, X는 친핵성 치환에 적용되는 기임)의 화합물을 제조하고, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅶ);
    (여기서 R3및 R4는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와 같음)의 화합물과 반응시켜서 A가 (CH2)n인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 상응하는 화합물을 제조하는 것으로 구성되는 방법으로, 이때, R5가 수소일때, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 상기 유리산을 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키기전에 활성화시키고, 만일 원한다면, 얻어진 유리산을 그들의 산-부가염으로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는 제 1 항에 따르는 화합물의 제조 방법.
  9. 하나이상의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 부형제 또는 희석제와 함께 심장 부장맥을 치료하기에 효과적인 량인, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 따른 화합물로 구성되는 심장 부정맥을 치료하기 위한 조성물.
