무토양 재배용 기질
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종방향으로 압축을 가하지 않고 수득한 펠트의 대조 샘플을 도식적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
제2도는 종방향으로 압축을 가하여 수득한, 본 발명에 따르는 무토양 기질로서 사용할 수 있는 펠트 샘플을 도식적으로 나타낸 사시도이다.
제3도는 종방향으로 압축을 가하지 않고 수득한 대조샘플 A와 종방향으로 압축을 가하여 수득한, 본 발명에 따르는 무토양 재배용 기질로서 사용할 수 있는 샘플 B에 가한 응력(KN/m2)의 함수로서 상대 변형율(%)을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 시트를 열처리하여 결합제를 가교결합시키기 전에 1.5 내지 15의 수준에서 적어도 1회 연속적으로 종방향으로 압축시켜 수득한, 습윤제를 함유할 수 있는 광물성섬유와 섬유가 시트의 윗면 및 밑면에 평행한 본래 층 또는 지층내에서 침착되는 경향이 있는 광물섬유의 시트로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 열적으로 가교결합된 수지 결합제로 결합시킨 광물섬유로부터 제조한 무토양 재배용 기질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 섬유 직경이 2㎛ 내지 12㎛인 기질.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 펠트의 용적 질량이 60kg/m3미만인 기질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 펠트의 용적 질량이 15내지 30kg/m3인 기질.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 7이하, 특히 약 4내지 5의 수준에서 연속적으로 종qkd향으로 압축시켜 수득한 펠트로 이루어진 기질.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속적으로 종방향으로 압축시키고 두께 방향으로 압축시켜 수득한 펠트로 이루어진 기질.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리섬유로 이루어진 기질.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트가 형성되는 컨베이어 벨트위의 시트의 운행방향에 대하여 횡방향으로 절단된 광물섬유의 펠트로 이루어진 기질.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트가 형성되는 컨베이어 벨트 위의 시트의 운행방향에 대하여 종방향으로 절단된 광물섬유의 펠트로 이루어진 기질.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 횡방향 또는 종방향에 따라 절단되고 90°로 회전되는 펠트로 이루어진 기질.
