제1도는 본발명의 트래버스 장치를 조립한 권취기의 개략 정면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 화살표 A방향에서 본, 1실시예의 트래버스 장치의 평면도이고,
제3도는 유니트 상세 정면도이고,
제4도는 제3도의 화살표 B방향에서 본 단면도이고,
제5도는 및 제6도는 사조가 트래버스 될 때의 사의 주고받은 상태를 시계열적(時系列的)으로 설명하는 정면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 트래버스 지점, 이 트래버스 지점 하류에 설치되어 사조를 트래버스하는 트래버스장치, 이 트래버스된 사조를 권취하는 보빈을 장착한 보빈홀더, 이 보빈홀더상의 보빈에 압접되는 콘택트로울러로 이루어지는 사조의 권취기에 있어서, 상기 트래버스 장치가 트래버스 지점에서 소정 거리 떨어진 하류에 설치되고, 트래버스스트로우크 양단에서 중심을 향하여 사조를 이동시키는 제1트래버스 수단과 이 제1트래비스 수단의 하류에 제1트래비스 수단에서 소정거리 떨어져서 설치되고 트래버스 스트로우크 중심에서 양단을 향하여 사조를 이동시키는 제2트래버스 수단으로 이루어지고, 사조를 제2트래버스 수단에 의해 트래버스 스트로우크의 중심에서 트래버스 스트로우크 끝을 향하여 이동하고, 트래버스 스트로우크 끝에 운반된 이 사조를 상기 제1트래버스 수단에 의해 트래버스 스트로우크 끝에서 트래버스 스트로우크 중심을 향하여 운반하고, 이어서 트래버스 스트로우크 중심을 향하여 운반된 이 사조를 제2트래버스 수단에 의해 트래버스 스트로우크 중심에서 다른쪽 트래버스 스트로우크 끝을 향하여 이동하고, 트래버스 스트로우크 끝에 운반된 이 사조를 제1트래버스 수단에 주고 받아 트래버스 스트로우크 끝에서 중심을 향하여 운반하고, 중심을 향하여 운반된 이 사조를 제2트래버스 수단에 순차 주고받게하여 사조를 트래버스 하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 사조의 트래버스장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2트래버스 수단에 의해 트래버스 스트로우크 끝에 운반된 사조가 제1트래버스 수단에 걸어 맞춤될때에 트래버스 지점. 상기 제1트래버스 수단과 제2트래버스 수단에 의해 운반되는 사조가 콘택트 로울러와 접촉하는 점이 일직선으로 연결되는 위치. 또는 이 일직선에서 약간 굴곡되는 위치까지 상기 제2트래버스 수단의 사가이드로 인도한 후에 이 제2트래버스 수단의 사가이드에서 사조를 해방하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사조의 트래버스 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트래버스 지점. 상기 제1트래버스 수단과, 제2트래버스 수단에 의해 운반되는 사조가 콘택트 로울러와 접촉하는 점이 상기 일직선에서 트래버스의 중심과 반대방향으로 약간 굴곡되는 위치까지 상기 제2트래버스 수단의 사가이드로 인도한 후에 이 제2트래버스 수단의 가이드에서 사조를 해방하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 사조의 트래버스 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 제1트래버스 수단과 상기 제2트래버스 수단이 서로 역회전하는 사가이드를 갖는 회전날개형 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사조의 트래버스 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나의 있어서, 상기 제1트래버스 수단과 상기 제2트래버스 수단이 서로 역방향으로 주행하는 사가이드를 갖는 무단체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사조의 트래버스 장치.
