Claims (10)
- 중앙 타이어 유체 팽창시스템과 유채소통되는 개방단부의 보어(6)를 단부에 가지는 비회전 액슬(2)에 회전하도록 저어널된 바퀴허브(6)의 환형면(22)에 고정될 수 있는 중앙 타이어 유체 팽창시스템용 회전바퀴단부조립체(80,90) 또는 (100)로서, 바퀴허브 환형면(22)에 고정될 수 있는 디스크형부재(26)로서, 환형면(22)에 고정되면 바퀴허브(16)와 그를 향한 환형면(22)내의 디스크형부재(26)의 표면 사이에 제1챔버(28)를 형성하는 디스크형 부재(26), 스크형부재(26)로 부터 액슬 보어(6)안으로 뻗어 있으며 바퀴허브(16)의 회전시 조립체(80,90, 또는 100)가 액슬보어(6)에 대해서 회전운동을 할 수 있게 해주는 돌출부(30), 상기 보어(6)를 둘러싸는 방사상 내측 액슬면과 그안에 배치된 돌출부(3)의 방사상 외측면 사이에서 유체 누출이 일어나지 않게 밀봉하는 동시에 조립체(80,90 또는 100)가 방사상 내측 액슬면에 대해 회전운동을 할 수 있게 해주는 수단(34 또는 압입구조), 및 돌출부(30)를 통해 그리고 디스크형 부재(26)를 통해 뻗으며 액슬보어(6)로 부터 유체를 받아서 출구(38)로 전달하고 그 유체가 조립체(80,90, 또는 100)에서 타이어까지 전달되도록 해주는 통로(36)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 제1챔버(28)는 회전조립체(80,90, 또는 100)와 액슬(2) 사이의 회전 마찰력을 줄이기 위하여 돌출부(3)를 윤활하는 윤활제를 그 내부에 보유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴 단부 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크형부재(26)에는 적어도 하나의 관통구멍(40)이 있어서 상기 조립체를 바퀴허브 환형면(22)에서 해제할 필요없이 윤활제가 제1챔버(28)로 전달될 수 있게 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴단부 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조립체에는 바퀴허브(16)에서 멀리향한 디스크형부재(26)의 면에 고정되어 그면과의사이에 제2챔버(46)를 형성하는 덮개부재(42)가 포함되고, 상기 제2챔버(46)는 그 안에 윤활제를 보유할수 있는 그로부터, 유체가 디스크형부재(26)를 관통하는 구멍(40)을 통해 제1챔버(28)로 흘러 들어갈 수 있게 해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴단부 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 부재(42)에는 적어도 하나의 폐쇄 가능한 관통구멍(41)이 있어서 덮개부재(42)를 디스크형 부재(26)에서 제거할 필요없이 윤활제가 제2챔버(46)론 전달될 수 있게 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 바퀴단부조립체.
- 중앙 타이어 유체 팽창시스템과 유체소통되는 개방단부의 보어(6)를 단부에 가지는 비회전 액슬(2)에 회전하도록 저어널된 바퀴허브(6)의 환형면(22)에 고정될 수 있는 중앙 타이어유체팽창시스템용 회전바퀴단부조립체(90)로서, 바퀴허브 환형면(22)에 고정될 수 있는 디스크형 부재(26)로서, 환형면(22)에 고정되면 바퀴허브(16)와 그를 향한 환형면(22)내의 디스크형 부재(26)의 표면사이에 제1챔버(28)를 형성하는 디스크형부재(26), 액슬보어(6)로 움직일 수 없게 뻗어있으며 바퀴허브(16)의 회전시 디스크형부재(26)가 그 자신에 대해서 회전운동을 할 수 있게 해주는 돌출부(30), 돌출부(30)와 디스크형부재(26) 차이에서 유체누출이 일어나지 않게 밀봉하는 수단(47), 돌출부(30)을 통해 그리고 디스크형 부재(26)를 통해 뻗으며 액슬보어(6)로 부터 유체를 받아서 출구(38)로 전달하고 그 유체가 조립체(90)에서 타이어까지 전달되도록 해주는 통로(36), 바퀴허브(16)에서 멀리향한 디스크형부재(26)의 면에 고정되어 그면과의 사이에 윤활제를 포함한 수 있는 제2챔버(46)를 형성하는 덮개부재(42), 회전조립체(90)와 액슬(2) 사이의 회전마찰력을 줄이도록 돌출부(30)을 윤활시키기 위해 윤활제가 제2챔버(46)로부터 제1챔버(28)로 흘러들어갈 수 있게 해주는, 상기 디스크형부재를 관통하는 적어도 하나의 구멍(40), 및 덮개부재(42)를, 디스크형 부재(26)에서 해제할 필요없이 윤활제가 제1챔버(28)로 전달될 수 있게 해주는 덮개부재(42)를 관통하는 적어도 하나의 폐쇄가능한 구멍(41)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 바퀴단부조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체누출이 일어나지 않게 밀봉하는 수단(34)이, 액슬 보어(6)안에 있는 돌출부의 외면에 있는 적어도 하나의 환형홈과 이 홈안에 배치된 탄성밀봉 부재(34)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴 단부조립체.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 조립체가 덮개부재(42)와 디스크형부재(26) 사이에서 윤활제 누출이 일어나지 않게 밀봉하는 수단(44)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴단조립체.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 덮개부재(42)를 관통하는 상기 구멍(41)이, 상기 덮개부재에 고정되어 구멍(41)을 가로막고 탄성적으로 페쇄가능한 관통구멍(50)을 가진 폐쇄부재(48)을 가짐으로써 폐쇄가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴단부 조립체.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 덮개부재(42)가, 덮개부재(42)를 디스크형부재(26)에서 해제할 필요없이 제2챔버(46)내의 윤활제 수준을 확인할 수 있게 해주는 투명덮개 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴 단부조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제밀봉수단이, 디스크형부재(26)와 그를 향한 덮개부재(42)의 표면 중간에 배치되고 덮개부재(42)가 디스크형부재(26)에 고정될때에는 압축상태에 들어가는 탄성밀봉부재(44)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전바퀴단부 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
