Claims (9)
- 모노-또는 디-알킬아르신을 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리금속 하이드로카르빌과 반응시켜 알칼리 금속 모노-또는 디알킬비소화물을 제조하고, 열 및/또는 진공을 사용하여 실리콘, 아연, 게르마늄 또는 기타 금속 불순물을 기화시킴으로써 상기 알칼리 모노-또는 디알킬 비소화물로 부터 상기 불순물을 제거하고, 양성자 주개와 상기 알칼리 알킬비소화물 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 상기 모노-또는 디알킬아르신을 재생시키는 것을 포함하는 고순도의 모노- 또는 디알킬아르신의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬아르신을 알칼리 금속 하이드로카르빌과 처음에 반응시키는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 알킬아르신을 상기 알칼리 금속 하이드로카르빌과 상기 물질들이 상호 용해하는 용매 시스템에서 반응시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬아르신이 알칼리 금속과 반응되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 또는 상기 알칼리 금속 하이드로카르빌의 알칼리 금속은 리튬, 칼륨, 나트륨 및 이것의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알칼리 알킬아르신을 용매에 용해시키고 상기 디알킬 비소성 알칼리 화합물을 양성자 주개에 노출시켜 알킬아르신을 재생시키는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 알칼리 알킬아르신을 용매에 용해시키고 X가 할로겐인 HX의 가스를 통해 버블시킴으로써 알킬아르신을 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양성자 주개는 산소-함유 화합물인 방법.
- 약 5ppm 이하의 실리콘, 약 5ppm 이하의 아연 및 약 5ppm 이하의 게르마늄을 함유하는 정제된 모노알킬아르신 또는 디알킬아르신.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
