Claims (5)
- 작동로드(46)에 연결된 브레이페달(10), 푸쉬로드에 작용하는 가동 및 변형가능한 간막이에 의해 분리되는전방 진공챔버(102)와 후방워킹챔버(104)로 구성되는 공압식 브레이크 부우수터(14), 그 피스톤이 상기 푸쉬로드에 의해 작동되는 싱글 마스터 실린더(16), 브레이크 페달(10)의 작동에 따라 제1챔버(26)를 제2챔버(30)나 대기압에 선택적으로 연통시키는 셔터수단(34)으로 구성되는 부우스터(14) 제어수단(12), 제어수단(12)의 제1챔버(26)를 부우스터(14)의 워킹챔버(14)와 연통시키는 제1관(110), 제어수단(12)의 제2챔버(30)를 부우스터(14)의 진공챔버(102)와 연통시키는 제2관(112), 출구가 적어도 하나의 휘일브레이크에 연결된 제2마스터 실린더(74)로 구성되며 제2마스터 실린더(74)는 작동로드(46)에 의해 전달되고 싱글마스터 실린더(16)에 의해 발생한 배력압력에 의해 증가되는 작동압력을 받는것을 특징으로 하는 보조식 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부우스터(14)를 제어하는 상기 수단(12)은 관(114)에 의해 상기 싱글마스터 실린더(16)의 워킹 챔버에 연결된 적어도 하나의 밀봉된 볼륨(64,212)이 구비된 몸체(20)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조식 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단(12)은 몸체(20)에 형성된 보어(22)안에 밀봉적으로 미끄러지며, 내부적으로는 보어(22)를 보어(22)의 후방에 형성된 제1챔버(26)와 보어(22)의 전방에 형성된 제2챔버(30)로 구분하는 피스톤(42)과, 각각 피스톤(24)에 형성된 두개의 동축셔터 시이트(48,40)와 선택적으로 상호작용하고 밸브 플런저(42)에 의해 피스톤안에서 미끄러지고 작동로드(46)에 연결되는 전방환상활동부(38)를 가진 셔터엘리먼트(34)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조식 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2피스톤(24)은 반작용디스크(70)를 가지며 그위에 상기 제2마스터실린더를 작동시키는 푸쉬로드(72)의 후방단부가 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조식 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피스톤(24)과 보어(22)가 단이 진것을 특징으로하는 보조식 유압 브레이크 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
