Claims (1)

  1. 투명도전막(1), 절연층(2), ZnS계 형광체에 시아노에틸계 절연수지가 혼합된 형광층(3), 투명도전층(4) 및 방습봉지 막(5)이 순차적으로 형성된 EL 소자에 있어서, 상기 형광층(3)을 ZnS계 형광체를 시아노에틸계 유기절연체 용액아 혼합시킨 후 형광체에 부분적 고전압을 형성키위해 고유전체인 BaTiO3와 도전체인 In2O3를 혼합시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EL 소자
