Claims (11)

  1. 개방위치나 폐쇄위치를 취하도록 이동뭉치에 장치된 이동접점소자와 고정접점소자를 갖는 전원스위치와 이동접점소자를 상기 위치중 한 위치로 되돌아가게하는 힘을 이동뭉치에 작용하는 탄성수단으로 구성된 스위치모듀울을 포함하고, 두개의 일시적 단계인 세트단계 및 트립단계와 더불어 두개의 안정상태인 세트상태 및 트립상태를 갖으며, 세트단계 동안에 세트부에 의해 전송된 큰 위치에너지를 측적하는 수단과 트립순서에 응답하여 트립단계동안에 이동뭉치부를 작동하는 부에 상기 위치에너지를 가하는 트립수단을 포함하는 간접스위칭모듀울을 포함하며, 스위칭모듀울위에 상기 제어모듀울이 조립된 위치에서, 상기 스위칭모듀울에 상기 제어 모듀울이 고정된 수단이 상기 제어모듀울과 상기 스위칭모듀울을 서로 고정하기 위해, 스위칭모듀울에 형성된 텝구멍내에서 나사죄어지도록, 상기 제어모듀울에 내장된 구멍을 통해 측으로 활동(滑動)되게 장치된 나사로 구성된 상기 고정된 수단을 포함하고, 그리고 요면을 나사머리와 이격시키는 수단과, 잇따라서 제어모듀울이 세트상태에 있지 않으면, 나사죄어지거나 풀어지는 가능성을 방지하는 수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방지수단이 상기 세팅부에 고착됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울 소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구스위칭에 안전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방지수단은 상기 제어모듀울이 세트되지 않으면, 나사축으로 차단되도록 설계되며, 이경우 상기 텝구멍의 나사산 선단길이가 상기 이동뭉치를 작동하는 제어모듀울에 의해 이동되는 거리와 같음을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭모듀울이 상기 나사축에 평행하게 상대병진운동한후, 두개의 모듀울이 서로 조립되도록 제어모듀울에 내장된 유도수단과 일치하여 함께 움직이는 유도수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구스위칭용 안전장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 병진운동은 상기 나사가 상기방지수단에 의해 축으로 차단되면, 상기 제어모듀울밖으로 돌출한 나사선단길이와 같은 길이의 경로상에 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세트부는 회전손잡이로 구성되고, 상기 방지수단은 상기 손잡이를 회전시키기 위해 고착된 원형구역(당해구역은 제어모듀울이 세트상태에 있지않으면, 나사머리가 덮혀지도록 배치됨)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구역은 손잡이에 의해 움직이는 칼라로 구성되고, 손잡이가 세트위치에 있지 않으면, 나사머리와 이격되는 요면을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 나사는 나사가 풀어진 상태에서 배치된 스프링에 의해 축으로 움직이고, 상기 요면에 맞물려져 손잡이 작동을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 스위칭장치는 상기 이동뭉치상에 상기 탄성수단이 스위칭모듀울에 가하는 반대작용에 의하여 스위칭모듀울의 상태변화를 초래하는 전자석을 포함하는 직접제어모듀울형으로 구성되며, 간접스위칭제어모듀울을 수동리세팅하는 위치부기능으로서 스위치를 제어하는 수단과 더불어 전자석코일의 전원회로에 직렬로 장치된 안전스위치일로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수동리세트부는 상기 안전스위치가 개방시 간접스위칭 제어모듀울은 세트상태에 있는 “스톱”위치를 취하고, 간접스위칭제어모듀울이 세트상태에 있으면서, 상기 안전스위치를 닫도록 유지하는 직접스위칭제어모듀울에 작용하는 “자동”위치를 취하며, 간접스위칭 제어모듀울리 개방을 유지하고 상기 안전스위치를 닫도록 상기 전원스위치에 작용하는 “트립”위치를 취하며, 세트 행정(行程)동안 트립위치를 초래하고, 다음에 상기 리세트부를 “스톱”위치로 되돌아가게하는 일시적인 “세트”위치(이경우 상기 방지수단은 오직 상기 리세트부가 상기 “스톱”위치에 있으면 나사더리와 요면이 일치된다.)를 취함을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 안전스위치가 작동하는 동안, 상기 간접스위칭제어모듀울은 상기 나사에 축으로 수직하게 향한힘을 상기 안정스위치의 상기 제어부에 작동하는 작동부로 구성되며, 상기 직접스위칭제어모듀울 및 간접스위칭제어모듀울은 스위칭모듀울상에 간접스위칭제어모듀울을 조립하는 이동거리선단 반대쪽에 맞물린 각각의 결합수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복수개의 이동모듀울소자가 서로 조립된 전기기구 스위칭용 안전장치.
