Claims (23)
- 탈수특성을 향상시키고 종이시트에 보다 나은 마무리를 부여하기 위하여 제지기용 프레스 패부릭을 개량하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 (a) 프레스 패브릭의 표면에 고분자 포옴을 얇은 층으로 적층시키는 단계, (b) 상기 포옴을 건조하여 코팅된 프레스 패브릭을 형성시키는 단계, 및 (c) 상기 코팅된 프레스 패브릭을 경화시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기용 프레스 패브릭의 개량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 포옴은 근복적으로 폴리우레탄 포옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 포옴은 근복적으로 폴리아크릴계 포옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포옴은 실온에서 공기 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 실온에서 공기 건조에 의해 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 약 1분 내지 5시간동안 고온에서 가열하는 것에 의해 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 약 1분 내지 5시간동안 고온에서 가열하는 것에 의해 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 탈수특성을 향상시키고, 종이시트에 보다 나은 마무리를 부여하며 제지특성을 향상시키기 위하여 제지기용 프레스 패부릭을 개량하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 (a) 프레스 패브릭의 표면에 고분자 포옴을 적층시키는 단계, (b) 상기 포옴을 건조하는 단계, (c) 상기 단계 (a)와 단계(b)를 충분한 회수로 반복하여 프레스 패브릭상에 효과적인 코팅을 형성시키는 단계, 및 (d) 이와같이 코팅된 프레스 패브릭을 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기용 프레스 패브릭의 개량방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고분자 포옴은 근복적으로 폴리우레탄 포옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 고분자 포옴은 근복적으로 폴리아크릴계 포옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 포옴은 실온에서 공기 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 실온에서 공기 건조에 의해 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 약 1분 내지 5시간동안 고온에서 가열하는 것에 의해 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 개량된 패브릭은 약 1분 내지 5시간동안 고온에서 가열하는 것에 의해 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제10항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지기용의 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.
- 제18항에 있어서, 종래의 직물섬유로 달성할 수 있는 시트표면보다 더 평할한 시트표면을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.
- 제18항에 있어서, 종래의 직물섬유로 달성할 수 있는 표면접촉면적보다 큰 표면접촉면적으로 인하여 증간된 시트 탈수능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.
- 제18항에 있어서, 포옴은 근본적으로 패브릭 표면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.
- 제18항에 있어서, 포옴이 일부는 패브릭 표면에 위치하고 일부는 패브릭 표면속에 매입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.
- 제18항에 있어서, 피코팅재는 니이들된 섬유가 있는 또는 없는 직포 또는 부직포, 또는 수개의 섬유배열로 이루어진 복합구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 프레스 패브릭.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
