Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bespannung (1) zum Einsatz in Maschinen zur Herstellung von Materialbahnen in Form von Papier-, Karton- oder Tissuebahnen, insbesondere Pressband oder Transferband mit einer porösen Verbundstruktur (3), umfassend zumindest eine, die Materialbahn abstützende Oberfläche (6) ausbildende Lage (8) und partikuläres Polymermaterial (5'), wobei das partikuläre Polymermaterial (5) nach thermischer Aktivierung verschmolzen und an die, die Lage (8) bildende Struktur gebunden ist, so dass diese teilweise imprägniert und Zwischenräume in der Struktur teilweise ausgefüllt werden. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das partikuläre Material (5) im Bereich der die Materialbahn abstützenden Oberfläche (6) über die Breitenrichtung (Y) der Bespannung (1) partiell unterschiedlich verteilt angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Bespannung.
