Claims (33)

  1. 하나 이상의 희토류 할로겐화물, 오일 베이스, 및 산화 에틸렌 및/또는 산화 프로필렌의 구조단위로 구성되는 소수성부분과 친수성부분, 및 경우에 따라 친수성 작용기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 계면 활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유성매질내의 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 할로겐화물이 희토류 삼플루오르화물임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 희토류 할로겐화물이 세륨, 란탄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴 및/또는 사마륨 삼플루오르화물임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  4. 제 1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 희토류 할로겐화물이 0.1 내지 0.5㎛의 평균 결정립 직경을 나타내는 세륨 삼플루오르화물임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일베스가 식물유, 광물유 또는 합성유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 오일 베이스가 석유크래킹에서 유래하는 광물유임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 오일 베이스가 파라핀유 및/또는 나프텐유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 오일 베이스가 유기 에스테르, 인산 에스테르, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 합성 탄화수소, 실리콘유 중에서 선택되는 합성유임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계명활성제가 오일과 동일한 화학적 성질을 갖는 소수성부분을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 포화 또는 불포화된, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 또는 시클로알킬기; 페닐 또는 알킬페닐기; 또는 나프틸 또는 알킬나트틸기로 구성된 소수성부분을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  11. 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 술폰산염, 황산염 또는 인산염친수성기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  12. 제9 내지 11항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 계면활성제 몰당 산화 에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로필렌 구조 단위의 수를 12 이하로 가짐을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 구조단위의 수가 2 내지 6임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  14. 제9 내지 13항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 하기 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. -알킬렌 지방족 지방 알콜 폴리옥시알킬렌, 경우에 따라 그의 황산염 또는 인산염, -알킬 페놀 폴리옥시알킬렌, 경우에 따라 황산염 또는 인산염, -폴리(1-페닐 알킬) 페놀폴리옥시알킬렌, 경우에 따라 황산염 또는 인산염, -지방산, 오일 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 지방산의 아미드 또는 아민.
  15. 제9 내지 14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 하기식(I) 내지 (III)중의 하나에 해당하는 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
    식(I) 내지 (III)중, -n은 1내지 12이고, -X는 수소원자, 또는 무기 또는 유기 염기 잔기이고, -R은 2 및/또는 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌 라디칼이고, -R2는 잔기 X(R2=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이거나, R1(O-R)n라디칼중 하나 (R2라디칼 및 R2(O-R)n라디칼은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이고, -R1은 4내지 약 30개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 포화 또는 불포화된, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 라디칼을 나타낸다.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 계면 활성제는 하기 사항에 해당하는 식(I) 내지 (III)중 하나인 계면 활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. -n은 2 내지 8이고, -X는 수소원자, 나트륨원자, 칼륨 원자, 암모늄 라디칼, 모노에탄올아민라디칼, 디에탄올아민라디칼, 트리에탄올아민라디칼이고, -R은 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌디칼이고, -R1은 6 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화된, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 라디칼을 나타내고, -R2는 잔기 X(R2=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하다)이거나, R1(O-R)n라디칼 (R2라디칼 및 R2(O-R)n라디칼은 동일하다)이다.
  17. 제15 또는 16항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 옥소합성물인 1차 알콜 또는 지글러(ZIEGLER) 방법에 따라 수득된 1차 지방족 알콜로부터 유도된 식(I) 내지 (III)중 하나에 해당하는 계면 활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  18. 제9 내지 17항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 하기식(IV) 내지 (VI)중 하나에 해당하는 계면 활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
    식(IV) 내지 (VI)중, -n은 1 내지 약 12이고, -q는 1내지 3이고, -X는 수소원자, 또는 무기 또는 유기 염기 잔기이고, -R은 2 및/또는 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이고, -R4는 잔기 X(R4=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이거나,라디칼 중 하나(R4라디칼 및은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이고, -R3은 약 6 내지 약 20개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 포화 또는 불포화된, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 라디칼이며, R3라디칼은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 하기 사항에 해당하는 식(IV) 내지 (VI)중 하나인 계면 활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. -n은 2 내지 약 8이고, -q는 1이고, -X는 수소원자, 나트륨원자, 칼륨원자, 암모늄라디칼, 모노에탄올아민라디칼, 디에탄올아민라디칼, 트리에탄올아민라디칼이고, -R은 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌디칼이고, -R3은 6 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 포화지방족 라디칼이고, -R4는 잔기 X(R4=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하다)이거나,라디칼 R4라디칼 및은 동일하다)이다.
  20. 제19 또는 20항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 옥틸페놀, 노닐페놀, 도데실페놀 및 디노닐페놀로부터 유도된 식(IV) 내지 (VI)중 하나에 해당함을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  21. 제9 내지 20항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 하기 사항에 해당하는 식(VII) 내지 (IX)중 하나인 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
    식(VII) 내지 (IX)중, -n은 1 내지 약 12이고, -X는 수소원자, 또는 상기 정의한 것 같은 무기 또는 유기 염기 잔기이고, -R은 2 및/또는 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌 라디칼이고, -R6는 잔기 X(R6=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이거나, R1(O-R)n라디칼 중 하나 (R6라디칼 및 R5(O-R)n라디칼은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)이고, -R3은 하기식(X)로 기호화된 라디칼 중 하나를 나타낸다.
    식(X)중, m은 1,2 및 3의 정수이고, p는 1 또는 2의 정수이고, R8은 수소원자 또는 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬라디칼이고, R7라디칼은 하기식(XI)의 라디칼을 기호로 나타낸 것이다.
    식중, R9는 수소원자, 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬라디칼, 또는 라디칼을 나타낸다.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 하기 사항에 해당하는 식(VII) 내지 (IX) 중 하나인 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. -R은 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌라디칼을 나타내고, -R5는 하기 사항을 나타내는 식(X)의 라디칼을 나타내고, 식(X)중, m은 2 또는 3의 정수이고, R8은 수소원자이고, R7라디칼은 하기식(XI)의 라디칼이다.
    식중, R9는 수소원자, 메틸 또는 페닐 라디칼을 기호로 나타낸 것이다. -R6은 잔기 X(R6=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하다)이거나, R5(O-R)n라디칼(라디칼 R6및 R5(O-R)n 라디칼은 동일하다)이다.
  23. 제21 또는 22항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 하기 사항에 해당하는 식(VII) 내지 (IX)의 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. -n은 2 내지 10이고, -X는 수소원자, 나트륨 원자, 칼륨원자, 암모늄 라디칼, 모노에탄올아민라디칼, 디에탄올아민라디칼, 트리에탄올아민라디칼이고, -R은 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌라디칼이고, -R5는 하기 사항을 나타내는 식(X)의 라디칼을 나타내고, 식(X)중, m은 2 또는 3의 정수이고, R8은 수소원자이고, R7라디칼은 하기식(XI)의 라디칼이다.
    -R6은 잔기 X(R6=X일때, 두개의 잔기 X는 동일하다)이거나, R5(O-R)n라디칼(라디칼 R6및 R5(O-R)n 라디칼은 동일하다)이다.
  24. 제21 내지 23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 하기중에서 선택되는 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. - 페놀 몰당 3 내지 12몰의 산화에틸렌을 갖는 디-(1-페닐 에틸)페놀 폴리옥시에틸렌, -페놀 몰당 3 내지 12몰의 산화에틸렌을 갖는, 산 또는 중화된 형의 디-(1-페닐 에틸)페놀 폴리옥시에틸렌의 황사염. - 페놀 몰당 3 내지 12몰의 산화 에틸렌을 갖는, 산 또는 중화된 형의 디-(1-페닐 에틸)페놀 폴리옥시에틸렌의 인산모노- 및 디에스테르.
  25. 제9 내지 24항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 약 2 내지 약 10몰의 산화알킬렌으로 중축합된 약 8 내지 약 24개의 탄소원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화된, 모노카르복실 또는 디카르복실 지방산 아민임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 라우르산, 미리스틴산, 올레산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산, 올레산, 또는 두유, 야자유, 코프라유내에 또는 비개같은 지방내의 혼합물인 천연 지방산 폴리옥시알킬렌 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  27. 제1 내지 26항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 삼플루오르화세륨, 파라핀형의 광물유, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄로 된 포화지방족 지방 알콜로부터 또는 합성 또는 천연 지방산 아민으로 부터 유도되며, 알콜 또는 아민 몰당 산화 에틸렌의 몰수가 10미만인 폴리옥시에틸렌 계면활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액.
  28. 제1 내지 27항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. - 5내지 80%의 하나 이상의 희토류 할로겐화물, - 0.1 내지 12%의 하나 이상의 계면활성제, - 100%를 수득하기 위한 충분량의 오일.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 하기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물의 분산액. - 20내지 60%의 하나 이상의 희토류 할로겐화물, - 2 내지 8%의 하나 이상의 계면활성제, - 100%를 수득하기 위한 충분량의 오일.
  30. 분산 매질을 구성하는 오일 베이스 내에 상기 정의한 것과 같은 계면활성제 용액을 제조하고, 교반하에서 하나 이상의 희토류 할로겐화물을 분산시킨 후, 분산액을 분쇄시키고, 경우에 따라 수득된 분산액의 기체를 제거하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 29항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 유성매질 중 희토류 할로겐화물 분산액의 제조방법.
  31. 윤활제 또는 부식제 분야에서의, 제1 내지 29항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 유성 매질 중 희토류 할로겐화물 분산액의 용도.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 희토류 할로겐화물이 삼플루오르화 세륨임을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물 분산액의 용도.
  33. 제31 또는 32항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 액체, 지방질 또는 페이스트형의 고전적 윤활제를 형성하는 유성상내에 합체됨을 특징으로 하는 희토류 할로겐화물 분산액의 용도.
