Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물.
    상기식에서, Z는 C=O 또는 CH2이며, R2는 수소, 나프토일, 치환된 나프토일, 벤질, 치환된 벤질, 벤조일 또는 치환된 벤조일이고(이때, 상기 치환된 나프토일, 치환된 벤질 및 치환된 벤조일 각각은, 할로, C1-C4알콕시 및 C1-C4알킬로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환제로 치환되었다), Q는 수소이며, W는 -CH2CH2OH, -CH2CH2X 또는 -CH2COOR1(여기서 R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 1 내지 6개의 할로 그룹으로 치환된 C1-C4알킬이다)이고, X는 이탈그룹 또는 OH이거나 또는 W와 Q는 일반식 -CH2CH2-의 알킬렌 가교결합을 형성하며 단, W가 -CH2COOR1일때 Z는 C=O이고, W가 -CH2CH2OH 또는 -CH2CH2X 일때 또는 W와 Q가 상기 알킬렌 가교결합을 형성할때 Z는 CH2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
    상기식에서 R2는 질소 보호그룹이다.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 벤질임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 1 내지 6개의 할로 그룹으로 치환된 C1-C4알킬이며 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같으나 수소는 제외한다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R1이 에틸이고 R2가 벤조일임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  7. 하기 일반식의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1및 R3는 서로 무관하게 C1-C4알킬 및 1 내지 6개의 할로 그룹으로 치환된 C1-C4알킬로부터 선택된다.
  8. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물과 알킬 수소화주석 또는 트리알킬 알루미늄을 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 생성된 하기 일반식(Ⅲ) 화합물(여기서 R2는 수소이다)과 염화 벤조일, 브롬화 벤조일, 염화 벤질 및 브롬화 벤질로부터 선택된 반응물을 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅲ) 화합물(여기서 R2는 하기 정의한 바와같으나 수소는 제외한다)을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 및 1 내지 6개의 할로그룹으로 치환된 C1-C4알킬이며; R2는 수소, 나프토일, 치환된 나프토일, 벤질, 치환된 벤질, 벤조일 또는 치환된 벤조일이며(이때, 상기 치환된 나프토일, 치환된 벤질 및 치환된 벤조일 각각은 할로, C1-C4알콕시 및 C1-C4알킬로 부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환제로 치환되었다),
    상기식에서, R1및 R3는 서로 무관하게 C1-C4알킬 및 1 내지 6개의 할로 그룹으로 치환된 C1-C4알킬로부터 선택된다.
  9. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물을 환원시킴을 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅴ) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 상기 정의한 바와 같으며 R2는 나프토일, 치환된 나프토일, 벤질, 치환된 벤질, 벤조일 또는 치환된 벤조일이며 이때, 상기 치환된 나프토일, 치환된 벤질 및 치환된 벤조일 각각은 할로, C1-C4알콕시 및 C1-C4알킬로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환제로 치환되었다.
  10. 하기 일반식(Ⅴ) 화합물을 수산기를 이탈그룹으로 치환할 수 있는 반응물과 반응시키고, 염기를 사용하여 폐환반응시킨 후, R2그룹을 수소로 치환시킴을 포함하는 하기 구조식(Ⅷ) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R2는 나프토일, 치환된 나프토일, 벤질, 치환된 벤질, 벤조일 또는 치환된 벤조일이며 이때, 상기 치환된 나프토일, 치환된 벤질, 및 치환된 벤조일 각각은 할로, C1-C4알콕시 및 C1-C4알킬로부터 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환제로 치환되었다.
