제 1 도는 본 발명 및 통상의 공정에 따라 얻어진 수산화마그네슘을 수지내에 혼입할때의 증점효과(增粘效果, viscosity thickening effect)의 차이를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (7)
- BET 비표면적(specific surface area)이 20-50㎡/g, 2차입자의 누적 50%입자직경이 1.5㎛ 이하이며, 2차입자의 누적 90% 입자직경이 4.0㎛이하인, 수산화마그네슘.
- 1 항에 있어서, BET 비표면적이 20-40㎡/g임을 특징으로 하는 수산화마그네슘.
- 1 항에 있어서, 2차입자의 누적 50% 입자직경이 1.0㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 수산화마그네슘.
- 1 항에 있어서, 2차입자의 누적 90% 입자직경이 3.0㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 수산화마그네슘.
- 식 Mg(OH2)2-xAxmH2O (단, 식중 A는 Cl 혹은 NO3, x는 0〈x〈0.2 범위이며 m은 0-6의 수를 나타낸다)으로 표시되고 X-선회절법으로 측정했을 때 주면간격(main spacings) 8.2Å, 4.1Å, 2.7Å, 2.0Å, 1.56Å 및 1.54Å을 갖는 염기성 염화마그네슘이나 염기성 질산마그네슘을, 염기성 염화마그네슘이나 염기성 질산마그네슘의 반응모액내에서 대기압 또는 대기압보다 적은 압력조건하에서 약 50℃-120℃의 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 수산화마그네슘 제조공정.
- 5항에 있어서, 수용성매질내에서 40℃ 이하의 온도로 마그네슘이온에 대한 알칼리의 당량비가 0.95 이하인 조건에서, 염화마그네슘이나 질산마그네슘을 알칼리물질과 반응시켜 얻은 염기성 염화마그네슘 혹은 염기성 질산마그네슘을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응모액은 최소 0.1mole/l의 염화칼슘을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
