포유류에 있어서 혈청중의 트리글리세리드 및(또는) 콜레스테롤 농도를 억제 및(또는) 저하시키는 방법

제1도는 질소혈증 환자에 있어서 투약 전 혈청중의 트리글리세리드 농도가 높을 수록, 그 농도가 피라지노일구아니딘(PZG)에 의해 더 많이 감소됨을 나타내는 그래프임.
제2도는 질소혈증 환장에 있어서 투약 전 혈청중의 콜레스테롤 농도가 높을 수록, 그 농도가 PZG에 의해 더 많이 감소됨을 나타내는 그래프임.
제3도는 PZG투여 중 초저밀도 지방단백질(VLDL)과 혈청중 즈리글리세리드의 관계를 설명하는 프레임.
제4도는 PZG 투여 중 저밀도 지방단백질(LDL)과 혈청중 총 콜레스테롤의 관계를 설명하는 그래프임.

Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 1종의 하기구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 제약상 허용되는 이들의 염을 투여하는 것으로 되는 혈청중의 트리글리세리드 농도를 억제 또는 저하시키는 방법.
    식 중, Y는 O 또는 NH이고, R은 OH, NHCONR4R5, 또는 N=C(NR4R5)2로서, 여기에서 R4및 R5는 각기 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C1-10알킬기,아릴 C1-4알킬기, 일치환 또는 이치환 아릴 C1-4알킬기(치환체는 플루오로기, 클로로기, 브로모기, 요오드기, 트리플루오로메틸기 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C1-10알킬기임) 중에서 선택되며, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소 원자, 아미노기 및 일치환 또는 이치환 아미노기(치환체는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C1-10알킬기 또는 C3-8시클로알킬기임)중에서 선택되며, 단, R1및 R2가 모두 아미노기이거나 치환 아미노기일 수는 없고, R3는 수소 원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 플루오로기, 클로로기, 브로모기, 요오도기이다. R3는 수소원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 플루오로기, 클로로기, 브로모기, 요오도기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식 중 Y가 0인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식 중 R이 N=C(NR4R5)2인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 피라지노일구아니딘인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 3-아미노 피라지노일구아니딘인 방법.
  6. 1종 이상의 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 제약상 허용되는 이들의 염을 투여함을 특징으로 하는 혈청중의 콜레스테롤 농도를 억제 또는 저하시키는 방법.
