Claims (1)

  1. 생화분을 가수하고 교반하여 유효성분을 추출하고, 이를 일정시간 방치한 후에 여과하고 진공 농축시켜 얻는 농축액을 사용하는 화분을 주원료로 하는 건강식품의 제조방법에 있어서, (가). 상기 농축액에 소정량의 유당을 첨가한 혼합물을, 4.6∼0.07torr의 진공하에서, -3O℃∼-45℃로써 감압 동결하고, 60℃∼80℃외 건조 열판온도로써 동결 건조하여, 동결 건조 화분을 제조하고, (나). 또한 순수화분 농축액13-15중량%에, 상기 동결 건조 화분 8-9중량%와, 유당 70-80중량% 및, 이노시톨, 로얄제리, 오렌지향, 구연산 및 비타민 C 등의 기타 첨가물 4중량% 이하를 각각 첨가하여 혼합물을 형성하고, (다). 이들혼합물을 과립상태로 형성한 후 45℃∼55℃외 온도에서 건조시켜 과립으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화분을 주원료로 하는 건강식품의 제조방법.
