Claims (9)
- 다음 일반식을 가지는 황산화 올리고당 또는 그의 관련물질 :상기식에서, ⓛ R1=R2=C6H5CH2(BN),및 R5=OH,(식중 X=할로겐원자) 또는② R1=R2=Bn, R3=NHAc(Ac=아세틸기), R4=H, MP 또는 SO3M(식중 M=알칼리금속) 및 R5=③ R1=(식중 R6=Ac, Bn 또는 H), R2=Bn, R3=NPhth, R4=MP 및 R5=④R2=Bn, R3=NPhth, R4=MP 및 R5=OH,⑤R2=Bn, R3=NPhth, R4=MP 및 R5=OAc, OH,(X는 할로겐원자) 또는⑥(식중 R7=H 또는 t-Bu(C6H5)2Si-(TBDPS)), R2=Bn, R3=NPhth, R4=MP 및R5=⑦R2=Bn, R3=NPhth 또는 NHAc, R4=MP 및R5=⑧ R1=(식중 R8=H 또는 TBDPS), R2=Bn, R3=NHAc, R4=H 및R5=⑨(식중 M=알칼리 금속), R2=Bn, R3=NHAc, R4=SO3M 및R5=그리고⑩R2=Bn, R3=NPhth R4=MP 및R5=
- 다음 일반식(2):(상기식에서 Bn은 벤질기이고, M은 알칼리 금속이며 Ac는 아세틸기이다)를 가지는 화합물을 탈벤질화하는 것으로 이루어지는, 다음 일반식(1):(상기식에서 M 및 Ac는 상기에서 규정된 바와같다)을 가지는 황산화 올리고당의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탈벤질화 반응이 10%-Pd/C, 5%-Pd/C, PtO2및 Pd(OH)2로부터 선택된 촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탈벤질화 반응이 메탄올/물, 메탄올 및 메탄올/아세트산으로부터 선택된 용매중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탈벤질화반응이 0 내지 80℃에서 1시간 내지 1주동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음 일반식(4):(상기식에서 Bn은 벤질기이고, M은 알칼리 금속이며 Ac는 아세틸기이다)를 가지는 화합물을 탈벤질화하는 것으로 이루어지는, 다음 일반식(3):(상기식에서 M 및 Ac는 상기에서 규정된 바와같다)을 가지는 황산화 올리고당의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탈벤질화 반응이 10%-Pd/C, 5%-Pd/C, PtO2및 Pd(OH)2로부터 선택된 촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탈벤질화 반응이 메탄올/물, 메탄올 및 메탄올/아세트산으로부터 선택된 용매중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탈벤질화반응이 0 내지 80℃에서 1시간 내지 1주동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
