Claims (4)
- 코리네박태륨 옥시단스로부터 유래한 촉매의 존재에서 프로키랄 디올을 산화시키는 단계로 구성되는,프로키랄 디올로 부터 키탈 하이드록시타복실산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올이 다음 구조식으로 표시되는 방법.식중,R 및 R1는 다르고 수소; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 알콕시,치환되거나, 치환되지 않은 벤질,치환되거나 치환되지 않은 아릴 및 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 복소환식 화합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택됨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올이 다음 구조식으로 표시되는 방법.식중, A는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 탄소환이고 하이트록시메틸 그룹은 1.2 - 시스 위치에 있음.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 코리네박테륨 옥시단스, ATTCC53,586로 부터 유래하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
