Claims (13)

  1. 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 4-치환된 페놀과 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 카복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 에스테르화시키고, 경우에 따라 그의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 피페라진 유도체 및 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 상기식 중
  3. R1은 한 개 이상의 저급 알킬기 및/혹은 저급 알콕시기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 인돌릴기, 2 내지 4개의 수소원자로 부분적으로 임의로 포화될 수 있는 나프틸기, 혹은 한 개 이상의 저급 알킬기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 혹은 사이클로헥실기 ;
  4. A는 단일결합이나 알킬렌기 ;
  5. P는 단일 결합이나 비닐렌기 ;
  6. Q는 P가 단일 결합일경우에는 -0-알킬렌기 혹은 -NH-알킬렌기이거나 P가 비닐렌기인 경우에는 단일결합 ;
  7. R2는 저급 알킬기, 모르폴리노-저급 알킬기, 모르폴리노 카보닐 저급 알킬기, 피페리디노 카보닐 저급 알킬기, 혹은 저급 알킬아미노 카보닐 저급 알킬기이다.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응을 탈수제 존재하에 시행하는 방법.
  9. 제 2 항에 있어서, 탈수제가 디사이클로 헥실카보디이미드인 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 1개 이상의 저급 알킬 및/또는 저급 알콕시기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 인돌릴기인 방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 2 또는 4개의 탄소원자로 부분적으로 포화될 수 있는 나프틸기인 방법.
