제4도는 본 발명의 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 일실시예를 표시한 초전형 증기
센서부착 고주파 가열장치의 구성을 표시한 정면 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 피조리물을 내부에 격납하는 가열실과, 상기 피조리물을 가열하는 열원과, 상기 피조리물의 조리상태를 검지하는 초전형증기센서를 구비하고, 상기 가열실은 증기구명을 가지고, 상기 증기구멍으로부터 나오는 증기를 파이프등의 풍로에 의해 상기 초전형증기센서로 인도하는 구성으로한 가열조리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초전형증기센서를 냉각하는 냉각팬을 설치한 가열조리기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열원으로서 전파방사부를 사용하고, 상기 냉각팬은 상기 초전형증기센서와 상기 전파방사부의 양쪽을 냉각하는 구성으로한 가열조리기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬은 상기 초전형증기센서의 금속쪽을 냉각하는 구성으로한 가열조리기.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각팬은 상기 초전형증기센서의 초전소자쪽을 냉각하는 구성으로한 가열조리기.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 초전형증기센서를 상기 퐁로의 개구단부로부터 떨어져서 설치하는 구성으로한 가열조리기.
