Claims (4)
- 자기 안료를 필요한 분산도에 도달할때까지 중합체성 바인더 및 분산액 및 용매에 따로따로 미세하게 분산시키고 이들을 조합한 다음 임의로 추가의 첨가물을 제공하고 층지지부에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 미세하게 분할된 자기 안료가 중합체성 바인더에 미세하게 분산된 2개 이상의 상이한 배치의 혼합물로 필수적으로 이루어진 자기 분산액과 자기 분산액이 주조된 비자기층 지지부로 이루어진 자기 레코딩 물질 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보다 긴 그라인딩 시간이 필요한 안료성분을 중합체성 바인더 및 분산조제 및 용매속에 미세하게 분산시키고 상응하는 첨가물이 제공된 미리 분산된 분산액과 조합하며, 필요한 분산도에 도달할때까지 혼합물을 완전히 그라인딩하고, 임의로 추가의 첨가물을 제공하고 층지지부에 적용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 레코딩 물질 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자기 분산액의 분산도를 독일특허원 제 37 31 804호에 따른 장치를 사용하여 측정함을 특징으로 하는 자기 레코딩 물질 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항에 있어서, 도핑되거나 도핑되지 않은 α-Fe2O3, Fe3O4, CrO2금속파우더 또는 금속파우더 합금을 미세하게 분할된 자기 안료로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 자기레코딩 물질 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
