Abstract
본 발명은 자기기록매체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 강자성 분말 및 대전방지제의 분산성이 매우 우수하여, 전자변환 특성 및 내구성이 우수하고 특히 드롭아웃트 등의 결점이 없는 고성능 자기기록매체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 비자성 지지체 위에 강자성 분말, 연마제, 대전방지제, 윤활제 및 그 밖의 첨가제 등을 결합제 용액에 분산시켜 제조한 자성도료를 도포하여서 된 자기기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기의 대전방지제로서 평균입경 30㎚ 이하인 제1카아본블랙과 평균입경이 50㎚ 이상 250㎚ 이하인 제2카아본블랙을 결합제 용액에 광택도가 100% 이상이 되도록 미리 분산시킨 다음, 자성체의 분산 공정에 첨가하여 혼합, 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1카아본블랙과 제2카아본블랙의 함량이 자성체 대비 5~15 중량부임을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1카아본블랙 대 제2카아본블랙의 함량비는 중량비로 60:40 내지 90:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
