Claims (10)
- 제 1 및 제 2 마찰성분들을 캐리어판 양측에 접착시킴으로써 마찰클러치판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 제 1 및 제2마찰성분들(24,44)을 각각 제1 및 제 2 지그장치(14, 36)에 배치하는 단계, 접착성 탄성중합체 재료의 비드를 제 1 마찰성분(24)의 상부면에 용착시키는 단계, 금속캐리어판(40)을 용착된 비드의 상부에 배치하는 단계, 접착성 탄성중합체 재료의 비드를 제 2 마찰성분(44)의 한면에 용착시키는 단계, 탄성중합체 비드를 갖는 제 2 마찰성분의 면을 금속캐리어판의 상부에 배치하는 단계, 및 요구되는 시간동안 두개의 마찰성분과 금속캐리어판을 함께 고정시키는 단계등을 포함하여서, 조립된 클러치판(80)은 탄성중합체 재료를 경화시키기에 앞서 처리할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 마찰성분들은 환상 클러치페이싱들이고 초기에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 지그장치내에 층을 이루며 상기 비드가 하부페이싱에 적용될 수 있도록 동축이지만 공간적으로 분리되어 고정되고, 비드는 하부페이싱에 적용되고, 캐리어판은 그 위에 배치되어 하부페이싱과 다시 동축을 이루고, 비드는 상부페이싱에 적용되며, 그 다음 상부페이싱은 지그장치에 의해 고정되어 캐리어판 위로 하강되는 동안 반전됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 조립된 클러치판은 마찰성분들이 초기에 배치된 지그장치내에 함께 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 마찰성분들과 캐리어판은, 캐리어판과 각 마찰성분의 접착성 비드사이에 접촉을 이루지만, 마찰성분들과 캐리어판 사이에 공기통로가 남도록 하기위하여 비드형상으로부터 접착제를 압착할만큼 충분하지 않은 압력하에서 함께 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착성 탄성중합체 재료의 비드는 마찰성분들위에 각각 나선형태로 놓임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 방법으로 클러치판을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는, 제 1 마찰성분(24)을 수용하여 중앙으로 배치하는 베이스(12)에 장착된 제 1 지그장치(14), 제 1 지그장치의 수직상부에 있고 수직으로 움직일뿐아니라 수직축의 횡방향축에 관해 회전가능하며 그 제 2면(38)에 금속캐리어판(40)을 수용하기 위하여 그 제 1면(42)에 제 2 마찰성분(44)을 수용하고 배치할 수 있는 제 2 지그장치, 제 1및 제 2 마찰성분들과 상기 캐리어판을 제 1 및 제 2 지그장치에 배치할 수 있는 자동조정장치(58), 및 접착성 탄성중합체 재료의 비드를 제 1 및 제 2 마찰성분 각 면에 용착할 수 있는 접착제 용착장치(68)등을 포함하며, 상기 지그들은 상기 탄성중합체 비드를 가진 마찰성분면들 사이에 금속 캐리어판을 연속배치하도록 연속적으로 움직일 수 있으며 또한 예정된 시간동안 상기 조립된 성분들을 함께 고정할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 제 1 지그장치(14)는 환상 클러치페이싱을 배치하는 센터링장치(20)를 갖추며, 진공홀딩장치(22)는 상기 페이싱을 지그장치상의 위치에 고정시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 또는 7항에 있어서, 제 2 지그장치(36)는 상기 제 1면에 환상 클러치페이싱을 배치시키는 센터링장치(52)를 갖추며, 상기 제 2면에 금속캐리어판을 배치시키는 센터링장치(46)와 상기판을 위치에 고정시키는 전자석(48)을 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 지그장치는 두개의 지그들이 요구되는 방식으로 배열되도록 서로 가까이 이동됨에 따라 상호작용하는 협동 센트링장치(46, 54, 56)를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 용착장치는 비드를 배치하기 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 노즐을 수반하는 로봇아암임을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
