Claims (23)
- 금속 촉매 화합물 존재하에서 다음 일반식(I)로 나타내는 피라졸 화합물을 산호 함유 가스와 함께 산화시키는 것으로 되는 다음 일반식(II)로 나타낸 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.[상기 식 중, Y 및 Z는 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, COOR, NR1R2, CONR1R2, SR1, SO2NR1R2, SO2R3, R3CO, OR4, CHX2또는 CX3이며, A는 수소원자, 탄소수 1내지 4를 가지는 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환 페닐기, 치환 또는 비치환 피리딜기 또는 OR5이며(여기서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10을 가지는 알킬기이며, R3은 탄소수 1 내지 10을 가지는 알킬기이며, R4는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 10을 가지는 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환 페닐기, CHF2, CF3, 또는 CF3CH2이며, R5는 탄소수 1 내지 10을 가지는 알킬기이며, X는 할로겐 원자임)].
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I) 및(II)중에서 Y 및 Z 모두가 염소 원자이고 A가 메틸기인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소 함유 가스가 순수한 산소 가스 또는 공기인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산소 함유 가스의 부분압이 대기압 내지 80kg/㎠인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산소 함유 가스의 부분압이 대기압 내지 50kg/㎠인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 촉매 화합물이 철화합물, 코발트화합물, 니켈화합물, 망간 화합물, 세륨화합물 및 지르코늄화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속 촉매 화합물이 코발트화합물, 망간 화합물 및 철화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물 및 망간 화합물이 지방족산 코발트염, 코발트의 킬레이트 화합물, 코발트염, 지방족산 망간염, 망간의 킬레이트 화합물 및 망간염으로부터 선택된 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 코발트화합물 및 망간 화합물이 포름산코발트, 아세트산코발트, 옥틸산코발트, 아세틸아세트산 코발트, 염화코발트, 브롬화코발트, 요오드화 코발트, 탄산코발트, 포름산망간, 아세트산망간, 옥틸산망간, 아세틸아세톤산 망간, 염화망간, 브롬화망간, 요오드화망간 및 탄산망간으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 금속 촉매 화합물이 아세트산코발트 및 아세트망간인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속 촉매 화합물의 양이 일반식(I) 화합물 100몰에 기초해서 0.1 내지 20그람-원자인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물의 코발트에 대한 망간 화합물의 망간 양이 1 내지 1/50그람-원자인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브롬 화합물이 반응 촉진제로서 반응계에 추가로 첨가되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 브롬 화합물이 브롬화암모늄, 브롬화나트륨, 브롬화칼륨, 브롬 및 브롬화수소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 브롬 화합물이 브롬화나트륨인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 브롬 화합물의 양이 일반식(I) 화합물 100몰에 기초해서 0.5 내지 20몰인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 20 내지 200℃내에서 행하는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 용매 존재하에서 행하는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 용매가 저급 지방족산 또는 저급 무수 지방족산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 용매가 아세트산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, 무수 아세트산 및 무수 프로피온산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 용매가 아세트산인 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 3,5-디클로로-1,4-디메틸피라졸, 5-클로로-1,4-디메틸피라졸, 1,4-디메틸피라졸, 1-이소프로필-3-트리플루오로메틸-5-메틸피라졸, 1,5-디메틸-3-트리플루오로메틸피라졸, 3-클로로-1,4-디메틸피라졸-5-술폰아미드 및 5-삼차부틸티오-3-클로로-1,4-디메틸피라졸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 화합물이 3,5-디클로로-1-메틸피라졸-4-카르복실산,5-클로로-1-메틸피라졸-4-카르복실산, 1-메틸피라졸-4-카르복실산, 1-이소프로필-3-트리플루오로메틸피라졸-5-카르복실산,1-메틸-3-트리플루오로메틸피라졸- 5-카르복실산, 3-클로로-1-메틸피라졸-5-술폰아미도피라졸-4-카르복실산 및 5-삼차부틸티오-3-클로로-1-메틸피라졸-4-카르복실산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 피라졸카르복실산 유도체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
