Claims (4)
- 반도체 레이저 다이오드용 호올더와 한 단부가 반도체 레이저 다이오드와 마주하는 광전송 섬유용 호올더를 구비하며, 광전송 섬유와 반도체 레이저 다이오드 사이에 커플링을 갖는 광전자 장치에 있어서, 레이저 부품에 대한 전송 섬유 단부의 힝방향 조정후에 감소된 두께의 플랜지가 레이저 용접에 의해 다른 표며에 고정되는 반면에 축방향 조정 방향에 대해 우측각을 가지며 편평한 표면을 갖는 다른 호올더와 중간 부품의 대향 단부의 표면이 서로에 대해서 결합되며 감소된 두께를 갖는 이들 표면중의 한개를 결합하며, 합도체 레이저 다이오드에 대한 광전송 섬유단부의 축방향 조정후에 한 부분의 감소된 두께를 갖는 연결부는 레이저 용접에 의해 다른 부분의 표면에 고정되는 반면에, 중간 부품과 두개중의 한개의 호올더는 이들이 감소된 두께의 환형 연결부를 갖는 이 부분중의 한개와 다른 것으로 활주 가능하도록 배열되며, 중간부품은 레이저 다이오드용 호올더와 광전송 섬유용 호올더 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 광 전송섬유(15)는 튜브형 호올더(16)에 있는 이의 한 단부 가까이에 수용되며, 중간 부품은 감소된 두께의 환형 연결부(23)를 구비하며 호올더(16)를 둘러싸고 레이저 용접에 의해 호올더(16)에 고정되며 그리고 반도체 레이저 다이오드(4)용 호올더의 부분을 형성하는 환형 덮개(14)의 상부표면상에 지지되며 레이저 용접에 의해 원통형 덮개의 상부표면에 고정되는 얇은 플랜지(24)를 구비하며 호올더에 활주식으로 꼭맞는 원통형 개구를 갖는 슬리브(21)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 아답터(30)가 얇은 플랜지(40)를 갖는 렌즈 호올더(31)를 결합하는 표면에 제공되는 반면 많은 수의 레이저 용접부에 의해 렌즈 호올더에 고정되고 감소된 두께의 환형 연결부를 갖는 레이저 호올더(32)의 구멍에 활주식으로 꼭맞는 렌즈 호올더(31), 반도체 레이저 장치용 호올더(32)와 렌즈(35)용 호올더(31)의 형태인 중간 부품과 전송 섬유를 지탱하는 연결자용 아답터(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감소된 두께의 환형 연결부와 얇은 플랜지는 0.4mm이하의, 양호하게는 약 0.2mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전자 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
