Claims (12)
- 긴 전도체와 (a) 적어도 0℃의 유리전이온도를 가지는 폴리아미드로 이루어진 내부절연층 ; 및 (b) 불소화된 중합체로 이루어지는 외부절연층으로 이루어지는 전기절연층으로 이루어진 전선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 그룹이 중합체 골격에 평균 적어도 C4에 의해 서로로부터 분리된 인접한 아미드그룹들을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론임을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 층 (a)의 중합체가 테레프탈산 및 트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민에 근거한 폴리아미드, 라우린락탐, 이소프탈산 및 비스-(4-아미노-3-메틸시클로헥실)메탄에 근거한 폴리아미드, 2, 2'-비스(4-아미노시클로헥실)프로판, 아젤라산 및 아디프산에 근거한 폴리아미드, 또는 m-크실렌디아민 및 아디프산에 근거한 폴리아미드로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 4 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르중합체가 교차결합됨을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소화된 중합체가 불소화된 부가중합체임을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 불소화된 중합체가 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 비닐리딘 플루오라이드 또는 C1-C5퍼플루오로알콕시 치환된 퍼플루오로에틸렌의 동종중합체로 이루어지거나 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 불소화 또는 비-불소화 공단량체를 가지는 이들의 공중합체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 불소화된 중합체가 에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 임의로 10몰% 이하의 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 공단량체에 근거한 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부층이 둘 다 압출에 의해 도체 상에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부층이 각각 50 내지 150 마이크로미터 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제1 내지 11 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부와 외부 절연층 사이에 부가적인 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전선.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
