Claims (10)

  1. (A)비닐 아세테이트 및 에틸렌의 중합체, 비닐아세테이트 및 에폭시-작용성 비닐 단량체의 중합체 및 불포화된 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 유화된 필름-형성 중합체들의 혼합물；(B)티타늄 아세틸 아세토네이트；(C)암모늄 에토설페이트의 4급 염；(D)양이온성 윤활체； 및 (E)3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란 또는 이의 가수분해물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 글래스 섬유 건 로빙을 위한 실질적으로 크롬이 없는수성 사이즈 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분의 중량비가 수성 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 대략；(A)비닐 아세테이트 및 에틸렌의 유화된 중합체 1 내지 5중량%, 유화된 에폭시 작용성 비닐 단량체 1내지 5중량% 및 유화된 폴리에스테르 수지 0.5 내지 1.5중량%；(B)티타늄 아세틸 아세토네이트 0.5 내지 1.5중량%；(C)4급 염 0.01내지 0.2중량%；(D)양이온성 윤활제 0.005내지 0.1중량%； 및 (E)실란 0.005 내지 0.1중량%인 수성조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시-작용성 비닐 단량체가 글리시딜 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트이고, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지가 이에 잠재적으로 반응성인 불포화 가소제 소량(중량)을 포함하며, 양이온성 윤활제가 폴리아민의 부분 지방산 아미드의 약산염인 수성 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 암모늄염이 소야디메틸에틸 암모늄 에토설페이트인 수성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 수성 조성물의 동일계내에서 건조시킨 잔류물로 피복시킨 글래스 섬유.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 피복체가 글래스 약 0.5 내지 2중량%를 포함하는 피복된 글래스 섬유.
  7. 제5항에 따르는 피복된 다수의 글래스 섬유를 포함하는 글래스 섬유 건 로빙(gun roving).
  8. (A)비닐 아세티이트 및 에틸렌의 중합체, 비닐아세티이트 및 에폭시-작용성 비닐 단량체의 중합체, 및 불포화된 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 유화된 필름-형성 중합체들의 혼합물；(B)티타늄 아세틸 아세토네이트；(C)암모늄 에토설페이트의 4급 염；(D)양이온성 윤활제；및 (E)3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란 또는 이의 가수분해물； 및 (F)산 및/또는 저급 알코올의 가용화 유효량을 포함하며, 상기의 암모늄에 토설페이트의 4급염이 섬유의 강성증진 유효량 및 정전 감소 유효량으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 글래스 섬유 건 로빙을 위한 실질적으로 크롬이 없는 수성 사이즈 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 4급염이 소야디메틸에틸암모늄 에토설페이트인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 알코올이 C1-C3알칸올이고, 산이 염산 또는 아세트산인 조성물.
