Claims (12)
- 전구체 분말을 형성하기 위해 약1:2:3의 M:Ba:Cu의 원자비로 Ba(NO3)2, M2O3및 CuO분말을 혼합시키고 y가 약 6.0-약 6.4인 MBa2Cu3Oy를 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 약 875℃-약 950℃의 온도에서 산소-함유 분위기내에서, 전구체 분말을 가열시키고;원하는 생성물을 얻기에 충분한 시간동안 냉각시키면서, 산소-함유 분위기에서 MBa2Cu3Oy를 유지시키는 것으로 근본적으로 이루어져 있는 방법으로서, M이, Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, 및 Lu로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;x가 약 6.5-약 7.0으로부터 선택되는 일반식 MBa2Cu3Ox를 갖고, 약 80K의 초전도 전이 온도를 갖는, 초전도 조성물의 개선된 제조방법.
