Claims (18)
- (a) M : Ba : Cu의 원자비가 1:2:4인 M, Ba 및 Cu화합물의 균질 혼합물을 함유하는 실질적으로 탄소- 부재인 선구물질을 제조하고, (b)상기 선구물질 분말을 온도 약700℃내지 약840℃에서 산소-함유 분위기내에서 MBa2Cu4O8분말을 형성시키기 충분한 시간동안 가열하고, 및 (c)상기 MBa2Cu4O8분말을 산소-함유 분위기에서 냉각시키는 것으로 필수적으로 구성되는, M이 Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로부터 선택된 식 MBa2Cu4O8을 갖는 초전도성 사방정계상의 분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 CO2가 없는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 순수한 산소인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 선구물질 분말은 약750℃ 내지 약852℃ 온도에서 가열되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산소의 총압은 1기압(Ix105Pa)인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, M은 Y인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선구물질 분말이 M : Ba : Cu의 원자비가 1:2:4인 M, Ba및 Cu 질산염의 수성용액을 형성하고, 상기 용액내의 실질적으로 모든 M, Ba및 Cu을 침전시키기에 효과적인 양의 차아질산염 나트륨 또는 과산화 나트륨과 상기 용액을 혼합하고, 결과되는 침전물을 분리함으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 CO2가 없는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 순수한 산소인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 선구물질 분말은 약750℃ 내지 약825℃온도에서 가열되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 산소의 총압은 1기압(1×105Pa)인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, M은 Y인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선구물질분말이 유기 용매내 M : Ba: Cu의 원자비가 1:2:4이고, M, Ba및 Cu화합물이 상기 용매에 가용성이고 금속 산화물 또는 금속 수산화물을 생성하기 위하여 물과 반응성인 M, Ba및 Cu 화합물의 용액을 형성하고, 결과되는 용액을 물과 접촉시켜 상기 산화물 또는 수산화물을 형성하고, 상기 산화물 또는 수산화물을 여과, 세척, 및 건조시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 CO2가 없는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 산소-함유 분위기는 실질적으로 순수한 산소인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 선구물질 분말은 약750℃ 내지 약825℃ 온도에서 가열되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 산소의 총압은 1기압(1×105Pa)인 방법.
