Claims (4)

  1. 빵재료를 수납하는 소성케이스와, 이 소성케이스를 수납하는 소성실과, 상기 소성케이스 내의 빵재료를 반죽하는 반죽수단과, 상기 소성케이스를 가열하는 가열수단과, 상기 소성실을 포함하는 흡기로와 배기로를 갖추고, 상기 배기로의 도중에 강제통풍용의 팬을 배설하고, 이 배기로는 일단부를 소성케이스보다 상부에 위치해서 소성실의 상부측벽으로 향하게 해서 흡기구를 이루고, 타단부를 외부덮개에 형성된 외측배기구로 외측배기구로 향하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 빵제조기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 강제통풍용의 팬은 소성후의 증기제거시에 구동시키고 이 증기제거시에 가열수단에도 통전하도록 구성한 빵제조기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 소성후의 즈기제거시에 구동되는 강제통풍용의 팬에의 통전율과 가열수단에의 통전율을 시간의 경과에 따라서 감소시키도록 구성한 빵제조기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 강제통풍용의 팬을 빵재료의 반죽공정에서 그 도중에 작동시키도록 구성한 빵제조기.
