Claims (8)

  1. 와이어 묶음체, 특히 와이어코움 묶음체를 형성하게끔 형상지워지는 엔들리 와이어 스트랜드가 감겨있는 딜리버리스풀이 케이싱 상방에 회전가능하게 장착되며, 와이어 스트랜드로부터 주어진 길이의 바인딩 와이어 부위를 절단하기 위해 측정수단, 감지수단 및 절단수단이 구비된 시이트 다발 바인딩용 바인딩 와이어부위(3) 절단장치에 있어서, 엔빌로우프 구동체(31)를 갖는 금속기수(4)가 마련되고 이 급송기구의 엔빌로우프 부재(34)가 운행 경로상에서 안내되는 와이어 스트랜드와 접촉하여 상기 와이어 스트랜드와 함께 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 급송기구의 엔빌로우프 구동체는 나란히 놓인 2개의 벨트 구동체(35,36)를 갖는 쌍둥이 벨트 구동체로서 구조되고, 상기 엔빌로우프 구동체의 엔빌로우프 부재(34)들은 원형의 윤곽을 갖는 벨트이며 그 외측이 와이어 스트랜드(2)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 벨트 구동체(35,36)의 측방향 간격이 조정가능함을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  4. 제1항 내지, 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엔빌로우프 구동체(31)는 운행경로에 직각으로 변위가능한 지지몸체(38)내에 장착되고 스프링(40)들의 작용하에 놓이며, 상기 스프링의 인장작용은 운행경로에 대항하는 방향으로 작용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단 장치.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 딜리버리 스풀(1)과 급송기구(4)를 구동하기 위해 각각의 경우에 1개의 독립적인 구동모터(8,13)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 딜리버리 스폴(1)의 구동체(8)가 간격을 가지고 스위치 온(ON)되며, 루프(10)를 통과하는 스트랜드(2)가 센서(12)와 협동하며, 루프(10)가 상기 센서를 통과할 때 상기 구동체가 스위치 온 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 센서(19)가 급송기구(4)에 결합되고, 또한 상기 센서가 분리될 바인딩 와이어 부위(3)의 사전 설정된 길이를 묶음수의 계수에 의해 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 절단장치를 소정 배치하여 바인딩 와이어 부위를 절단하고 또 바인딩 와이어 부위들을 자동수집하기 위한 기계에 있어서, 바인딩 와이어 부위(3)를 파지하며 또한 기판(30)에 상기 바인딩 와이어 부위를 분리 배치시켜 부착하기 위한 핸들링 수단(27)이 운행경로의 출구에 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 바인딩 와이어 절단기계.
