제 1 도는 표면장착 접점, 고정 부재와 인쇄회로 기판을 가진 코넥터를 도시한 분해사시도. 제 2 도는 하우징내에 있는 고정부재를 도시한 제 1 도의 전기 코넥터의 횡단면의 일부분의 사시도. 제 3 도는 고정 부재의 다른 실시예의 사시도. 제 4 도는 고정 부재의 다른 실시예와 관통구멍 접점을 가진 전기 코넥터를 도시한 분해 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 전기 접점(11,311)의 접촉 부분이 고정되어 있는 통로를 가진 절연 하우징(12,312)과 인쇄회로 기판(100,400)의 도전 지역에 전기 접속을 하기 위하여 하우징(12,312)의 후면 표면으로부터 외측으로 연장된 전기 접점(1,311)의 포스트 섹션(17,317)과 인쇄회로 기판의 금속 지역에 기계적 결합을 위하여 하우징(12,312)에 고정된 금속 고정 부재(20,220,320)를 구비하고 있는 인쇄회로 기판의 도전 지역과 금속 지역에 전기적으로 접속하고 기계적으로 연결하기 위한 전기 코넥터(10,310)에 있어서, 하우징(12,312)의 하부표면(12a,312a)으로부터 내측으로 연장된 측면요홈(19,319)을 가지며 하우징내의 고정부재(20,220,320)는 하우징(12,312)의 측면요홈(19,319)에 고정된 대응 측면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면요홈(19)이 전방 및 후방으로 교호적으로 연장된 복수의 T형 요홈을 구비하고 상기 고정부재(20,220)가 상기 T형 요홈내에 가압 결합되는 복수형 T형 고정 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 레그부재(220c)를 회로기판내의 관통 구멍에 배열하기 위하여 전방 및 하방으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측면요홈(319)이 긴 요홈의 하부 표면으로부터 하방으로 연장된 이격된 돌출부(319a)를 가진 긴 요홈을 구비하고 상기 고정부재(320)가 상기 돌출부(319a)가 가압결합된 이격된 구멍(320a)을 가진 긴 금속판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 이격된 레그부재(320b)는 회로기판(400)내의 관통구멍(420)내에 배열하기 위하여 상기 금속판(320)으로부터 외측 및 하방으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 접점(11)의 포스트 섹션(17)은 수평 부분을 따라 수직 부분과 수평부분과 궁형 종단부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 접점의 포스트 섹션(317)이 회로기판(400)내의 관통 구멍(401)에 배열하기 위하여 하우징(312)의 후면 표면에 평행하게 연장된 수직 부분을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터.
