제1도는 본 발명의 1구현예에 따른 기어장치의 분해 사시도, 제2도는 하우징의 제2부분 또는 덮개가 제거된 상태의 제1도의 배면도, 제3도는 하우징의 제2부분의 내부표면을 보여주는 도면.
Claims (8)
- 제1베벨기어, 제2베벨기어, 안에 각 기어수취공간을 한정하는 상호합치하는 제1 및 제2부분으로 이루어진 하우징, 제1베벨기어를 통해 연장하는 것으로서 이 제1베벨기어에 고착되는 구동축으로 구성되고, 1쌍의 제1베어링부분이 하우징의 제1부분내에 제공되어서 그들 사이에 제1부분의 기어수취공간이 개재되고 아울러 구동축을 회전가능하게 수취되게끔하며, 그리고 제2베어링부분이 하우징의 제1부분내에 제공되어서 하우징의 제 1부분의 기어수취공간내에 배치되어 제1베벨기어와 치합하는 제2베벨기어를 회전가능하게 지지하도록 한 직교변환 기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비원형 접속공이 제2베벨기어내에 형성되어 제2기어와 조정축을 접속시키도록 한 직교변환기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징의 제1부분의 기어수치공간이 그 안에 제2베벨기어와 제1베벨기어의 일부를 수취하며, 그리고 하우징의 제2부분의 기어수취공간이 그 안에 제1베벨기어의 일부를 수취하는 직교변환기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2베벨기어가 구동축과 하우징의 제1부분의 기어수취공간사이에 배치되는 직교변환기어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2베벨기어가 구동축으로부터 약간의 거리로 이격되어 있는 직교변환기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징의 제1 및 제2부분이 상기 제1 및 제2부분중 어느 하나에 형성된 지지용 포올들에 의해 하우징의 제1 및 제2부분의 다른 하나와 결합하게끔 접속된 직교변환기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베벨기어 각각이 기어잇빨과 이 기어잇빨에 일체적으로 접속된 디스크 부분으로 이루어지는 직교변환기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베벨기어 각각이 저마찰계수를 가지는 합성수지재료로 형성되는 직교변환기어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
