Claims (8)

  1. 규소, 질소 및/또는 탄소 기재의 세라믹 섬유에 있어서, 플루오르화 수소산과 상기 섬유를 접촉시킴으로 성립함을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플루오르화 수소산이 액체 용액형임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 수성임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  4. 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 플루오르화 수소산이 3 내지 30부피%의 비율로 상기 용액에 희석됨을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리시간이 5분 내지 5시간에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리온도가 20 내지 30℃에 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리되는 섬유가 규소의 카르보니트레이트 기재의 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  8. 제 1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 방법의 실행에 의해 수득될 수 있는 규소, 질소 및/또는 탄소 기재의 세라믹 섬유.
