Claims (6)

  1. 과산화효소 활성을 함유하는 반응성분을 가하고, 특이결합 물질 및 그의 공동 반응물을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 배양하여 상기 반응혼합물 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획으로부터 과산화효소 활성을 측정하고, 이와 같은 과산화효소 활성이 특이 결합물질의 양 및/또는 존재의 측정수단을 제공하는, 특이 결합물질과 그의 공동 반응물간의 결합 친화도를 이용하여 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이결합 물질을 정량 및/또는 정성검출하는 방법에 있어서, 과산화효소 활성 측정시험을 4급 암모늄염 존재하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이 결합물질을 정량 및/또는 정성 검출하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염을 기질과 함께 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이 결합물질을 정량 및/또는 정성 검출하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염을 발색체와 함께 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이 결합물질을 정량 및/또는 정성 검출하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염을 기질/발색체 혼합물과 함께 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이 결합물질을 정량 및/또는 정성 검출하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염으로서 도데실트리메틸 암모늄 브로마이드, 헥사데실트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드 또는 알킬디메틸벤질암모늄 클로라이드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 또는 그로부터 유래된 분획중에 존재하는 특이 결합물질을 정량 및/또는 정성 검출하는 방법.
  6. 시험 키트가 -과산화효소, -과산화효소용 기질, -발색체, 및 -4급 암모늄염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에서 정의한 바와같은 방법을 수행하기 위한 시험키트.
