Claims (5)
- 이눌린-D-프럭토트랜스퍼라제 효소를 반경 최빈값이 75 내지 2,000Å 범위인 포어를 갖는 음이온성 교환 수지에 지지시킨 고정화 효소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 75 내지 3,000Å의 반경을 갖는 포어의 부피가 적어도 0.1ml/음이온성 교환 수지 g인 고정화 효소.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 음이온성 교환 수지가 적어도 0.1m2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 고정화 효소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이눌린-D-프럭토트랜스퍼라제가 아르쓰로박터 이리시스(Arthrobacter ilicis) MCI 2297(FERM BP-2279)의 배양물로부터 유도된 고정화 효소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이눌린-D-프럭토트랜스퍼라제가 아르쓰로박터 이리시스(Arthrobacter aurescens) IFO 12136의 배양물로부터 유도된 고정화 효소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
