  1. 다공성 강염기 음이온교환수지, 또는 다공성 약염기 음이온 교환수지로서 그 표면적이 1.0m2/g 이상이고,전세공용적이 0.1ml/g 이상이고, 공반경의 범위가 20-2,000Å인 수지에 프럭토실트랜스퍼라제(EC2.4.1.25) 함유액을 접촉시켜 이 효소를 흡착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정화 프럭토실트랜스퍼라제 제조방법.
