Claims (7)

  1. 평균 직경이 400 내지 700μm인 비드 형태이며, 비등의 적어도 80 용적%가 사용된 수지의 평균 직경 ±15% 범위내에 속하는 직경을 갖는 비드 직경 분포를 나타내는 이온 교환 수지에 당액을 통과시킴으로써 당액을 탈염시키는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비드의 적어도 85 용적%가 이온 교환 수지의 평균 직경 ±15% 범위내에 속하는 직경을 갖는 비드 분포인 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 비드의 적어도 90 용적%가 이온 교환 수지의 평균 직경 ±15% 범위내에 속하는 직경을 갖는 비드 분포인 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 이온 교환 수지의 평균 직경이 500μm 내지 600μm의 범위인 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온 교환 수지가 대공의 강산성 양이온 교환 수지, 대공의 약염기성 음이온 교환 수지 또는 대공의 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지인 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 이온 교환 수지가 스티렌 및 디비닐벤젠의 공중합체로 된 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 당액이 고 과당 옥수수 당밀로 된 용액인 방법.
