도면은 본 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서, 제 1 도는 주요 분배물품의 물품을 싣는 콘베이어, 반입 콘베이어 및 분배 콘베이어의 관련 배치를 나타낸 요부 사시도. 제 2 도는 분배 콘베이어의 분배 위치에 있어서의 요부 사시도. 제 3 도는 타이밍 바구니의 작동 설명도로서, (a)는 요부 정면도, (b)는 요부 측면도, (c)는 작동 설명도. 제 4 도 (a), (b)는 각각 분배 반출 저류 수단의 요부 확대 측면도 및 정면도. 제 5 도는 분배 콘베이어와 분배 반출 저류 수단과의 관련 배치를 나타낸 일부 단면에 의한 측면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다수개의 반입 용기(11)를 부착한 반입 콘베이어(1)와, 이 반입 콘베이어(1)의 아래쪽에 마련한 다수개의 분배 용기(21)를 부착한 복수열의 분배 콘베이어(2)와를 입체 교차하여 배치하고, 이 입체교차 위치에 있어, 반입 콘베이어(1)와 분배 콘베이어(2)와의 사이에, 반입 콘베이어(1)로부터의 물품(A)을 수취하여 분배 콘베이어(2)로 인도하는 복수개의 가동 타이밍 바구니(31),(32)를 가지는 타이밍 바구니 받침대(3)를 마련한 물품분배 콘베이어 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반입용기(11), 분배용기(21) 및 가동 타이밍 바구니(31),(32)가 레버기구(L),(L')로서 개폐 작동하는 배출 바닥판(B)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 분배 콘베이어 장치.
    제 1 항에 있어서, 분배 콘베이어(2)가 분배 위치에서, 아례로 방출하는 슈우트(41), 반출 피이더(42), 물품 자세 정정 광주리(43) 및 물품 적층 저류 광주리(44)를 차례로 연이어 마련한 분배 반출 저류 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 분배 콘베이어 장치.
