Claims (15)
- 일반식(식중, X는 일반식,또는의 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2가라디칼이며 R은 탄소수 2이상의 지방족 라디칼, 지방족고리라디칼, 모노방향족라디칼, 축합방향족 라디칼 및 방향족 라디칼이 서로 직접 또는 가교원으로 결합된 폴리방향족라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 4가라디칼이다)의 반복단위를 지니는 폴리이미드 99.9~50.0중량%와 폴리페닐렌술피드, 방향족 폴리술폰 및 방향족 폴리에테르이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 고온엔지니어링 중합체 0.1-50.0중량%를 포함하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, X는 일반식을 지니는 2가라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, X는 일반식을 지니는 2가라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R은,로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 4가 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R은로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 4가 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R은로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 4가 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링 중합체는 폴리페닐렌 술피드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제2항 또는 5항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링 중합체는 폴리페닐렌술피드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제3항 또는 6항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링 중합체는 폴리페닐렌 술피드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링 중합체는 방향족 폴리술폰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제2항 또는 5항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링중합체는 방향족 폴리술폰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제3항 또는 6항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링중합체는 방향족 폴리술폰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링중합체는 방향족 폴리헤테르이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
- 제2항 또는 5항에 있어서, 고온엔지니어링 중합체는 방향족 폴리에테르이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 수지조성물.
