Claims (31)

  1. 하기 일반식(II)의 히드록시방향족 케톤 유도체 또는 그의 염을 하기 일반식(a)의 치환된 산과 염기 조건하에서 반응시키고 그럼으로써 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 2-(아실페녹시)알칸 산을 형성시킨 다음 그렇게 형성된 2-(아실페녹시)알칸 산을 과산이나 과산화물로 산화시켜 하기 일반식(IV)의 2-(아실옥시페녹시)알칸 산을 얻은 다음 상기 2-(아실옥시페녹시)알칸 산을 하기 일반식(b)의 화합물로 가수분해시키거나 에스테르교환 반응시켜 하기 일반식(V)의 2-(4-히드록시페녹시)알칸 산을 얻는 것을 포함하는, 2-(4-히드록시페녹시)알칸산(V)의 합성방법 :
    상기식에서, R은 C1-C18알킬이거나 C6-C10아릴이고 ; R1은 H, 페닐 또는 C1-C18알킬이며 ; R2는 C1-C18알킬, 또는 아릴이고 ; A, B, C 및 D는 독립적으로 H, S, O, N, X, CN, C1-C18알킬, 또는 C6-C10아릴이며 ; X는 F, Cl, Br, I 또는 설폰산 에스테르이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A, B, C 및 D가 수소인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 CH3인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시방향족 케톤이 칼륨 또는 나트륨염인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 CH3인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, X가 브롬, 염소, 메실레이트 또는 토실레이트인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 CH3이고, X가 브롬인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기가 수산화나트륨 또는 탄산 칼륨인 방법.

  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해나 가알콜분해를 알콜, 이온 교환 수지나 산으로 수행하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해나 염산으로 수행되는 방법.
  14. 제5항에 있어서, R이 메틸인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, A, B, C 및 D가 수소인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, A, B, C 및 D가 수소이고, R이 메틸이며 산화가 과아세트산으로 수행되는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환된 산이 광학 활성 물질인 방법.
  18. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드록시방향족 케톤 유도체 또는 그의 염을 염기 조건하에서 하기 일반식(c)의 치환된 에스테르와 반응시키고 그럼으로써 하기 일반식(d)의 2-(아실페녹시)알칸산 에스테르를 형성시킨 다음 그렇게 형성된 2-(아실페녹시)알칸 산에스테르를 가수분해시켜 하기 일반식(III)의 2-(아실페녹시)알칸 산을 형성시킨다음 그렇게 형성된 (2-아실페녹시)알칸 산을 과산이나 과산화물로 산화시켜 하기 일반식(IV)의 2-(아실옥시페녹시)알칸 산을 얻은 다음 상기 2-(아실옥시페녹시)알칸 산을 하기 일반식(b)의 화합물로 가수분해 시키거나 알콜화시켜 하기 일반식(V)의 2-(4-히드록시페녹시)알칸 산을 얻는 것을 포함하는, 2-(4-히드록시페녹시)알칸산(V)의 합성방법 :
    상기식에서, R은 C1-C18알킬 또는 C6-C10아릴이고 ; R1은 H, 페닐 또는 C1-C18알킬이며 ; R2및 R3는 독립적으로 C1-C18알킬, 또는 아릴이고 ; A, B, C 및 D는 독립적으로 H, S, O, N, X, CN, C1-C18알킬, 또는 C6-C10아릴이며 ; X는 F, Cl, Br, I 또는 설폰산 에스테르이다.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, A, B, C 및 D가 수소인 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, R이 CH3인 방법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시방향족 케톤이 칼륨 또는 나트륨염인 방법.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, R1이 CH3인 방법.
