제8도는 상기 제2실시예의 자립용기에 대한 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 각각의 상측단부(12A)(14A)에서 하나의 개구부(20)를 형성하는 한쌍의 전방측벽(12) 및 후방측벽(14)과; (b) 상기 전후방 측벽사이에 배치된 한쌍의 전방 바닥 보강벽(16) 및 후방 바닥보강벽(18)를 포함하고, (c) 상기 전후방 측벽과 상기 전후방 바닥보강벽은 제1 및 제2의 열가소성 재료로된 다층필름으로 제조되고, 상기 제1의 재료는 상기 전후방 측벽과 내면상에 위치하여 제1의 온도범위내의 온도에서 가열시일링되며, 상기 제2의 재료는 상기 전후방 측벽의 외면상에 위치하여 상기 제1온도범위보다 고온인 제2의 온도범위 내의 온도에서 가열시일링되고; (d) 상기 전후방의 바닥보강벽(16)(18)은, 상기 측벽(12)(14) 사이에서 연장한 하나의 바닥벽(60)를 형성하도록 상호연결된 상측부(22)(26)와, 상기 바닥벽(60)의 주연부에 접속되어 그 하부에 연장된 지지밴드(56)를 형성하도록 상기 내면상의 제1재료의 제1재료의 접촉부에서 가열시일부에 의해 상기 전후방 측벽(12)(14)의 하측부(34)(36)에 접착된 하측부(24)(28)를 가지며; (e) 상기 전후방의 바닥보강벽(16)(18)은 또한 상기 외면(44)(46)상의 제2재료의 접촉부에서 가열시 일부에 의해 서로 결착되어 연속적 자립구조체로서의 상기 지지밴드(56)를 완성함과 동시에 상기 바닥벽과 함께 용기의 자립 베이스를 형성하는 종방향 대향단부(16A)(18A)를 가지는 자립식용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전후방 측벽(12)(14)과 그 종방향 대향단부를 따라 형성된 상기 전후방 바닥보강벽(16)(18)이, 그 내면(48)(50)상에 위치한 상기 제1재료의 접촉부에서 가열 시일부에 의해 상호결착된 상기 자립식용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 상기 제1 및 제2의 열가소성 재료를 동시 사출하여서 제조한 다층웨브이고, 상기 측벽의 상단부에 형성된 상기 용기개구부의 아랫쪽 근방의 전후방 측벽에는 개폐가능한 밀폐장치가 형성된 상기 자립식용기.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1재료가 폴리에틸렌이고, 상기 제2재료가 폴리아미드인 상기 자립식용기.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1재료의 시일링 온도범위가 125℃ 내지 190℃이고, 상기 제2재료의 시일링 온도번위가 190℃ 내지 280℃인 상기 자립식용기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽이 오목한 형상인 상기 자립식용기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽이 서로 반대방향을 향해 약 45°로 경사진 양단부를 가지는 상기 자립식용기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열시일링 공정으로 인한 상기 지지밴드의 재료의 변형량을 최소화하기 위하여 시일링되지 않는 바닥보강벽의 일부가 상기 지지밴드내에 있는 상기 자립식용기.
  9. (a) 제1의 온도범위 내의 온도에서 가열시일링이 가능한 제1의 열가소성 재료와 상기 제1의 온도범위보다 높은 제2의 온도범위 내의 온도에서 가열시일링이 가능한 제2의 열가소성재료로 이루어진 다층필름을 공급하고, (b) 상기 다층필름을 절첩하여 한쌍의 전후방 측벽과 이들 측벽사이에 배치되는 한쌍의 전후방 바닥보강벽을 성형하되, 상기 제1의 재료 및 제2의 재료가 상기 측벽과 상기 바닥보강벽의 내면 및 외면상에 각각 위치토록 하는 단계와; (d) 상기 내면상의 제1재료가 접촉하는 부위에서 상기 전후방 바닥보강벽의 하측부와 이에 대응하는 상기 전후방 측벽의 하측부를 상호 결착시키며, 상기 전후방 측벽 사이에서 연장한 상기 전후방 바닥보강벽의 상측부의 연결에 의하여 형성된 바닥벽의 주연부에 접속되어 그 하부로 연장된 지지밴드를 형형하는 가열시일부를 성형하는 단계와: (d) 상기 전후방 측벽과 이들 측벽의 종방향 대향단부를 따라 형성된 상기 전후방의 바닥보강벽을 상기 전후방 측벽의 상기 종방향 양단부의 내면상에 위치한 상기 제1재료의 접촉부에서 상호 결착시키는 가열시일부를 성형하는 단계와; (e) 상기 외면상의 제2재료의 접촉부에서 상기 전후방의 바닥보강벽을 그것의 종방향 대향단부를 따라 결착하여, 상기 바닥벽과 함께 용기의 자립베이스를 형성하기 위한 일체형 자립구조체로서의 상기 지지밴드를 완성하는 가열시 일부를 성형하는 단계와; (f) 상기 가열시일부에서 상기 전후방 측벽의 상기 각각의 종방향 대향단부를 따라 상기 다층필름을 절단함으로써 상기 다층 필름과 완성된 플라스틱 용기를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 자립식 용기의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 측벽 내면 및 보강벽 내면상의 상기 제1재료가 접촉하는 부분의 상기 가열시일부는 125℃ 내지 190℃의 온도에서 열을 가하여 형성시키고, 상기 보강벽 외면상의 상기 제2재료가 접촉하는 부분의 상기 가열 시일부는 190℃ 내지 280℃의 열을 가하여 형성시키는 상기 자립식용기의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 지지밴드가 그 대향단부에서 45°각도의 직선형 가열시일부를 가지는 상기 자립식용기의 제조방법.
