Claims (7)
- 0.08~0.3kg/㎠의 포점과 최소한 0.30mm의 두께를 가지는 다공성 물질로 만들어진, 혈액으로부터 백혈구를 포획하여 분리해내는 백혈구 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포점이 0.13~0.25kg/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 최소한 0.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 물질이 폴리비닐알콜올로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 분리기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 물질이 폴리우레탄 포움으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 분리기.
- 포점이 0.13kg/㎠보다 작은 다공성 물질을 압착하여 최소한 0.3mm의 두께와 0.13~03kg/㎠의 포점을 가지는 다공성 물질을 만드는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 혈액으로부터 백혈구를 포획하여 분리해내는 백혈구 분리기를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 처음 언급한 다공성 물질을 약 400kg/㎠의 압력과 약 80℃의 온도하에서 약 3분동안 유지하는 단계로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
