제3도는 결로센서가 노출된 분위기에서 상대습도치(相對濕度値)에 대한 본 발명에 따른 결로센서들의 4샘플들의 저항치의 변화를 예시하고 있는 그래프도.
Claims (13)
- 직물과 직물에 대체로 연속적 및 분산된 상태로 접착된 감습저항체로 구성되고, 다수의 공극들이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감습저항체가 도전성 물체와 함께 분산된 하이그로스코픽 고중합체임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 물체가 도전성 입자임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 입자가 카본 블랙임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 부직포임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직포가 30㎛의 직경을 갖는 극세 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물에 대한 감습저항체의 픽업이 10% o.w.f와 100% o.w.f 사이임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감습저항체가 상기 직물의 측면에 가해져서, 직물의 상기 쪽상에서 감습저항체의 양이 상기 직물의 대향쪽에서보다 더 큼을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물의 보이드 비율이 10%와 95%사이임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제1항에 따른 결로센서와, 상기 센서의 적어도 두 부분에 부착도니 전극들과, 피검지물체에 상기 센서를 장착하기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 결로센서장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 센서장착수단이 절연층을 통해 상기 센서에 접착되고 상기 전극을 구비하고 양호한 열전도성을 갖는 판형 부재임을 특징으로하는 결로센서.
- 제10항에 있어서, 양호한 열전도성을 갖는 상기 판형 부재가 금속판으로 된 인쇄회로기판임을 특징으로하는 결로센서장치.
- 제10항에 따른 결로센서장치와, 상기 센서장치의 저항치의 변화를 검지하고 상기 변화를 전기 신호로서 출력할 수 있는 회로로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 결로센서모듈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
