Claims (11)

  1. 다음의 성분 A) 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산 B) 폴리오르가노실록산(A)을 실리콘 탄성 중합체로 경화시킬 수 있는 경화제, C) 폴리이소시안네이트, 및 D)(D.1) 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 반응하여 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)를 형성할 수 있는 최소한 하나의 활성 수소그룹을 갖고 있는 화합물 또는 (D.2) 화합물(D.1)으로 가소분해 될 수 있는 화합물 중의 한 화합물으로 된 도막 조성물을 표면에 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 수증 표면의 오염 방지 방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 폴리이소시안네이트(C)+활성 수소 제공 화합물(D)에 대한 폴리오르가노실록산(A)+경화제(B)의 중량비가 60 : 40 내지 95 : 5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에서, 도막 조성물이 비반응성 액체 폴리오르가노실록산을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에서, 도막 조성물이 선체 또는 그 부품 제조용 금형내에 처리되고 도막 조성물이 처리된 금형내에 선체 또는 그 부품성형용 경화성 수지를 주입하여 도막조성물이 외피 표면층을 구성하는 선체 또는 그 부품이 형성되도록 하는 방법.
  5. 다음의 성분 A) 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산, B) 폴리오르가노실록산(A)을 실리콘 탄성 중합체로 경화시키는 경화제. C) 폴리이소시안네이트, 및 D)(D.1) 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 반응하여 폴리우레탄 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)를 형성하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 활성 수소 그룹을 갖는 화합물 또는,(D.2) 화합물(D.1)으로 가수 분해될 수 있는 화합물 중의 한 화합물로 조성되었고, 폴리오르가노실록산(A)은 활성 - 수소 - 제공 화합물(D)와 미리 혼합하고 경화제(B)는 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 미리 혼합하여(A)와 (D)의 혼합물과(B)와(C)의 혼합물을 별도로 포장하여서된 오염 방지용 도막 조성물.
  6. 청구범위 5항에서, 폴리오르가노실록산(A)이 하이드록실 말단기를 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산이고 경화제(B)가 알콕시실란임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 다음의 성분 A) 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산, B) 폴리오르가노실록산(A)을 실리콘 탄성 중합체로 경화시키는 경화제 C) 분자량 600 - 3000의 이소시안네이트 - 팁프드 중합체인 폴리이소시안네이트, 및 D.1) 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 반응하여 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)를 형성하는 하나 이상의 활성 수소 그룹을 갖는 분자량 600 이하의 사이클릭 화합물로 조성된 오염 방지용 도막 조성물.
  8. 다음의 성분 A) 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산, B) 폴리오르가노실록산(A)을 실리콘 탄성 중합체로 경화시키는 경화제, C) 폴리이소시안네이트, 및 D) 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 반응하여 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)를 형성하는 폴리아민 또는 하이드록시아민으로 조성된 오염 방지용 도막 조성물.
  9. 다음의 성분 A) 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산, B) 폴리오르가노실록산(A)을 실리콘 탄성 중합체로 경화시키는 경화제, C) 폴리이소시안네이트, 및 D.2) 폴리이소시안네이트(C)와 반응하여 폴리 우레탄, 폴리우레아, 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)를 형성하는 하나 이상의 활성 수소 그룹을 갖는 화합물로 가수분해 될 수 있는 화합물, 로 조성된 오염 방지용 도막 조성물.
  10. 청구범위 9항에서, 가수분해성 화합물(D.2)가 옥사졸리딘임을 특징으로 하는 도막 조성물.
  11. 외피 표면층이 가교결합된 폴리오르가노실록산 탄성 중합체의 망상 조직내에 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아)의 지분을 포함하되 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아 또는 폴리(우레탄 - 우레아) 지분의 경계에서 두 중합체 망상 조직이 상호 침투되어 있는 경화 중합체 조성물로 이루어졌음을 특징으로 하는 수중표면.
