Claims (13)

  1. (a) 1개 이상은 이 작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트이고 기 나머지 1개 이상이 이 작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트인, 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 작용성 말단기를 함유하는 2개 이상의 중합성 액체 올리고머 ; (b) 1개 이상의 단량체형 모노아크릴레이트 또는 모노메타크릴레이트, ; (c) 1개 이상의 지방족 펜타아크릴레이트 또는 펜타메타크릴레이트 ; 및 (d) 치환된 티오크산톤 화합물, 아민 화합물 및 아세토페논 유도체를 포함하는, 유효광개량의 광 개시제계를 포함하는 자외선 복사 경화성 매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 이작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 및 이 작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트의 블렌드이고, 또 성분(d)가 치환된 티오크산톤 화합물, 아미노벤조 산의 에스테르 및 2-페닐 아세토페논 화합물의 블렌드인 자외선 복사 경화성 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로서, 1 내지 25%의 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 1 내지 25%의 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트, 10 내지 50%의 성분(b), 1 내지 35%의 성분(c), 0.5 내지 5.0%의 치환된 티오크산톤 화합물, 0.5 내지 5.0%의 아미노벤조산의 에스테르 및 0.5 내지 15.0%의 2-페닐아세토페논 화합물을 포함하는 자외선 복사 경화성 매체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 이 작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 및 이작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트의 블렌드이고, 성분(b)가 2-페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트이며, 성분(c)가 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타아크릴레이고, 또 성분(d)가 2-이소프로필티오크산톤, 에틸 4-디메틸아미노벤조에이트 및 2,2-디메톡시-2-페닐 아세토페논의 블렌드의 자외선 복사 경화성 매체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유동 촉진제를 약 5.0 중량%까지 또한 함유하는 자외선 복사 경화성 매체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유동 촉진제가 폴리부텐인 매체.
  7. 매체 및 에나멜리 1 : 2 내지 1 : 5.5 범위인 중량비로 존재하는 경우, 제1항에 따른 매체 및 유리 에나멜을 포함하는 자외선 복사 경화성 피복 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유리 에마멜이 금속 산화물들의 결합물을 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중량비가 1 : 4인 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 성분(a)로서 이작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 및 이작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트의 블렌드, 성분(b)로서 2-페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트 성분(c)로서 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타아크릴레이트, 및 성분(d)로서 2-이소프로필티오크산톤, 에틸(4-디메틸아미노)벤조에이트 및 2,2-디메톡시-2-페닐아세토페논의 블렌드를 포함하는 조성물.
  11. (1) 제7항에 정의한 바와같이 피복 조성물을 내열 기판에 도포하고, (2) 그것을 기판에 도포한 후 피복을 자외선 복사로 경화시킨 다음, 또 (3) 그후 매체를 연소시키고 에나멜을 기판에 융합시키기에 충분한 온도에서 피복된 기판을 소성시키는 것을 포함하는, 내열기판을 피복시키는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피복 조성물이, 성분(a)로서 이 작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 및 이작용기성 또는 삼작용기성 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트의 블렌드, 성분(b)로서 2-페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트, 성분(c)로서 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타아크릴레이트, 및 성분(d)로서 2-이소프로필티오크산톤, 에틸(4-디메틸아미노) 벤조에이트 및 2,2-디메톡시 -2-페닐아세토페논의 블렌드를 포함하는 매체를 함유하는 방법.
  13. (1) 제7항에 정의한 바와같이, 유리 에나멜 및 매체를 포함하는 제1피복 조성물을 내열 기판에 도포하고 ; (2) 그것을 기판에 도포한 후 자외선 복사를 이용하여 제1피복을 경화시키며 ; (3) 저 융점 세라믹 후릿트, 전도성 금속 분말 및 수지성 매체를 포함하는 제2피복 조성물을 내열 기판에 일부분 이상을 겹쳐 도포하고 또 (4) 그후 도포되고 경화된 피복 조성물을 갖는 기판을 겹침 인쇄된 전기 전도층을 제공하기 위해, 매체가 연소되고 또 후릿트가 기판에 융합되기에 충분한 온도에서 소성시키는 것을 포함하는, 내열 기판을 피복시키는 방법.
