Claims (23)
1종 또는 2종 이상의 유황원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트와, 폴리올 및 폴리티올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 활성수소 화합물과의 반응에 의해 얻게 되는 고굴절율 플라스틱 렌즈용 수지.
제1항에 기재한 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
1종 또는 2종 이상의 유황원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트와, 폴리올 및 폴리티올로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 활성수소 화합물과의 혼합물에 내부 이형제를 첨가해서 주형중합 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제3항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리티올이 메르캅토기 이외에 유황원자를 함유하는 폴리티올인 고굴절율 플라스틱 렌즈용 수지.
제5항에 기재된 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
제3항에 있어서, 폴리티올이 메르캅토기 이외에 유황원자를 함유하는 폴리티올인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제7항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱 렌즈.
제1항에 있어서, 유황원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성수소 화합물의 사용비율이 NCO/(OH+SH)의 관능기 몰비에 있어서 0.5∼3.0의 범위인 고굴절율 플라스틱렌즈용 수지.
제9항에 기재한 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
제3항에 있어서, 유황원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트와 활성수소 화합물의 사용비율이 NCO/(OH+SH)의 관능기 몰비에 있어서 0.5∼3.0의 범위인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제11항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제3항에 있어서, 내부이형제가 불소계노니온 계면활성제인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제3항에 있어서, 내부이형제가 실리콘계노니온 계면활성제인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제3항에 있어서, 내부이형제가 알킬 제4급 암모늄염인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제3항에 있어서, 내부이형제가 산성인산에스테르인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제13항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제14항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제15항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제16항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제3항에 있어서, 내부이형제 기재의 사용량이 모노머 혼합물의 합계중량에 대해서 0.1∼10,000ppm의 범위인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
제21항에 기재한 제조방법에 의해 얻게되는 플라스틱렌즈.
제3항에 있어서, 주형중합온도가-20 ∼ 200℃인 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
